Appointment Setter

REMOTE / SALES

Nousu’s team is seeking an call appointment setter with a passion for sales. 

Role description:

As a Setter, you'll be tasked with setting closing call appointments with our closers. This role consists of outbound calling inbound leads to determine if they are a right fit for our program and scheduling strategy sessions with them.

You will be working with US & Canadian real estate agents, so your working hours will be in the US time zone.

You will get a fully stacked pipeline of leads and 1-1 training from me the founders. Compensation: base pay + commission on closed deals.

This is a 100% remote position, full-time.

On-target earnings working full-time within KPI: $4,5k/mo (average performance), with room to make $6-8k/mo.

Responsibilities: 

• Serve our clients and prospects first
• At a minimum, meet company KPIs 
• Update and keep detailed notes and records of each client interaction
• Minimum 200 dials/day with power dialer or 3 qualified appointments

What we're looking for: 

• Previous outbound sales experience
• Self-starter, drive to be the best, positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, well-spoken over the phone
• Be coachable and open to frequent training in order to increase skills 
• Excellent time management skills
• Not required but useful: Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Not required but extremely useful: Familiarity with the real estate industry/real estate agents
