Hey everyone, it's Alex out of Compass in Boston. Uh, you know, I'm doing this video because I want to tell everybody about Nousu and about uh, Eeli and uh Pasi's work. If anyone is looking for Pasi Poutanen reviews, here is my experience. So, um, I've been in the business for about nine years already. Uh, I actually started in rentals and then moved into sales a little bit later. And, um, you know, the sales business was going pretty good as time went on, but obviously, it could always be better. And I would say my marketing was definitely sub par. Um, I was riding a lot of my uh, sales business based on my rental relationships with various landlords and clients, but obviously, you know, we want to continue growing the business. We don't want to just stop there. Um, a lot of agents tend to use traditional marketing. I would say mailers, newspaper ads, all that stuff. And, you know, for me being a millennial, too, I was like, I don't look at that stuff. I'm not going to I throw away any mailers I get. I don't read the newspaper. I don't really like online ads. So, what I started doing, um, is I started trying to do some social media posts on my own. Um, but they never really reflected or echoed the exact message I wanted to send or, or they didn't really help me get too many clients. Like, clients would essentially see, oh, okay, he sold this, listed that, but, um, that's kind of where it ended, and that's it. And, you know, I was I was thinking, like, there's something missing. And, um, you know, I started talking with uh, Eeli, and we realized that, um, there is more I can do to help my business. So, um, you know, I started the course for Nousu, and I definitely found it extremely helpful. Um, and I'll be honest, like, I haven't fully even utilized all of the aspects of the course. I've probably utilized 60, 70% of them. I'm still working on doing more, but I've definitely seen some improvements, and I'll get into that a little bit later. But, um, again, like, you know, in this day and age, like, social media is where it's at. Like, that's where the money's at with marketing. You know, spending there's agents I know who spend 20 to 30 to $50,000 a year on mailers, which is great, but, I mean, if you just did videos and did postings that were appropriate and told a story on social media, um, you'd go way farther than those mailers, especially if you're consistent about it. And if you you could spend way less money than that. So, um, you know, I started altering my approach with my social media marketing, and essentially came down to, you know, just doing posts about the properties I listed and sold, but I would tell a story. And it would draw more audience in. It would draw more questions. And eventually, I started sponsoring more of the, um, data based on, um, you know, Eeli and Pasi's protocol and what they taught me. And eventually, I just started accumulating more and more, um, followers and started getting more messages from random people. And, you know, I'm just going to say that comparably, 2020, compared to my 2019, I did 40% more business. You know, I did if I did 10 million in 2019, 2020, I did 14 million. And, um, was that 4 million extra all just the social media? No, but I can definitely say it was a big chunk of it because I started having more people reach out to me from my, um, social media followers and friends because they just saw me more and they were interested in the stories I was writing and even for, um, you know, followers that, um, were new, you know, they I started commenting with them and interacting with them. And eventually, now they follow and like my posts. And time will come when they might one of them's going to reach out to me about selling their house or buying a new one. Um, and another thing that I noticed that was very interesting is as I stepped up my, um, social media campaigns, uh, based on Nousu's system, uh, I noticed that I started getting a lot more interaction from also professionals in the business, too, like attorneys and especially mortgage brokers. And the mortgage brokers started sponsoring my stories and, um, you know, even uh, real-life work situations we had where I I we were in a specific dilemma and we had to solve it. And they would post that on their stories, aka getting me more followers, and then getting me more leads. And I actually got to the point, uh, where I had a good amount of leads coming in in areas that I didn't even work in. So, I started referring the business out just because, uh, I I just felt it was appropriate. So, what what ultimately happens is from their system, uh, you do in a sense become an authority. People take you more seriously because they see your face. They see what you're dealing with. They see you're doing business. Um, you know, and by doing the marketing that they suggest, you do capture new clients and you retain them. And you hope that, um, eventually from them watching your social media, you will develop more clients over time. So, uh, definitely a great system. Uh, I highly suggest it. I think it's worth it. I think it's very important to stick with it, though, because myself personally, I've lagged a little bit and I'm still improving on it, but I've already seen results, and I'm much more confident in my business because of it. So, um, again, definitely talk to these guys. I think they'll help you out. You know, if it's not for you, that's one thing, but you definitely have to commit to this, um, because it it is an interesting learning experience, and we are in a different world. You know, the the marketing world has completely changed. It feels like it's been the same for 30 years up until 20.

Yeah, well, uh, I did I did just recently get one listing a few weeks ago, uh, as soon as I started creating, uh, the personal content, uh, you know, the TP content, and uh, that was a listing that was more pertaining to my sphere of influence, and uh, this weekend I I've actually, I've I've already had two one-on-one appointments with people who went through and set up the consultation. And then, uh, I have another in-person appointment where we're literally going, I'm going to their house to talk about the property, so on and so forth, to potentially list it. So, I definitely works and it's working better than every anything else I've found out there so far. Awesome, man. Awesome, man. Uh, is it possible, can I use it on our website? Yeah, uh, I just have a quick question. Um, so you, so I was so I was just listening to Colin speak, and you did the entire course already? Like you're saying, you've finished the whole seven weeks, and now you're doing just all the, like paid advertising? Is that what you're doing? Yep. Okay. Yep. I I jumped into uh, creating sponsored ads. I have had some experience with it previously, uh, but uh, Eeli really dives into the details big time on how how to create duplicate ads and and really reach your custom audience. And uh, yeah, I'll I'll flip my screen just so you get an idea of what it looks like if I can. Here we go. It's a Yep. So, here, we have the whole set where it's just three three campaigns that we have going, but uh, each campaign has an ad set. So, within these three campaigns, there's a total of 23 ad sets. And then, from from those 23 ad sets that are here, um, then it compiles to a total of 56 different ads that I have actively running. Um, a lot of them are uh, repetitive. A lot of them are repetitive ads. Uh, where, you know, it's um, different pictures, but it's the same content. And then, there's other one and that's something that's uh, tailored more towards like the cold audience, people who've never seen you before, who are just getting acquainted with you. Uh, but then, when they engage with any of those ads, whether they like it or they comment on it, or they click on it, or anything of the sort, then the system goes ahead and registers that information, and uh, what's really cool about it is then it retargets, right? So, all of the custom content that you created, uh, through the Omnipresent process of the of the of the plan, it uh, it starts showing all of that content to them, uh, directly to where, you know, essentially, you're you're you're tapping into the back of their mind as that go-to person for this type of uh, thing that they're wanting to resolve. Are you doing them only Facebook, or are you also doing Instagram? I'm doing both. Okay. Yeah. I like I'm not a big I'm learning I like I love Facebook. I'm not Facebook since I was young, but like since like I was in high school, but I'm not I'm not big on Facebook. I'm strictly Instagram, but I'm trying to get back onto Facebook more so I could do the ads, but Instagram, I'm just I'm just better at Instagram and I like the app better. Um, but I'm trying to count balance both and I need to get back on Facebook on my business page to start doing when I do eventually do the ads because I'm not a Facebook fan. So, I have to get back into it. Uh, I don't personally I don't use Facebook as much either. I'm a little bit more uh, into Instagram. However, uh, you know, Facebook owns Instagram, right? So, a lot of a lot of these sponsored ads or everything that you create pertaining to the sponsored ads, everything's gonna be done on Facebook. So, it it'd definitely be good for you to jump back on it. Cool. Yeah, it looks awesome. I mean, and the program

Hi, I'm David with Intera Real Estate in Los Altos, California, which is the Silicon Valley near Stanford. So, um, just want to say that everyone talks about social media. Everyone says, okay, you need to get on social media, but they don't know what to post. So, I heard about this course just looking to solve the problem of what to post, you know, should we post videos? Um, like they say, just listed, just sold or cat videos or crazy things like that. So, this has really helped me to really have a more focused message, not only just to social media, but how I present my business as well. And where that's helpful is within a week, I think of doing the changes of being more clear on who I am and who my ideal customers are. I got a really great executive client and um and what what we call organic. I wasn't paid advertising or anything. It just he liked my post on LinkedIn. He never commented, nothing, but all of a sudden, I had a beautiful 4,000 square foot listing with um with a really great seller. So, I it's it's been very effective for me, not just with that, but just uh starting to get different clients who just resonated with me. And that's what I wanted. I wanted to get people who I authentically connected with and were easier to work with because they already liked my style. So, um, I really appreciate the outcome and I just want to say that beyond the course, uh, you know, the guys are amazing behind it. They really care, and I have been in real estate for a while, and if you've been in real estate for a while or short period, you know there's a lot of people who want to sell you a course, but they're not necessarily good. Most of them are terrible. I'd say 98% are terrible, even the ones who say they're amazing, they're often not amazing. Their prices are amazing, but the results are not. So, um, you know, behind this course are two guys who are brilliant, who really care, and that makes all the difference. I I would say that out of the 20 courses I've done and workshops, I've spent way too much money, and this has by far been the best investment. Cold calls are not sustainable. It is not a sustainable business model. You know who is this sustainable business model for? Someone that has no personality that wants to lock themselves in a closet and make phone calls and drive people crazy. All right, welcome to this interview. Uh here we have Geraldine from Hudson County, Hoboken, New Jersey. So, welcome to this call. Hey, Pasi, nice to be here. Yeah, 100%. So, you have a really, really interesting story and really background and really the market too. So, you're basically in Hoboken, New Jersey, right? But you focus on like the Hudson County, like the larger area, right? Yes, yes, I do. Nice, nice. And the reason why I wanted to bring you on here is because the way you build really the business is really a lot for using social media. So, you've been using Instagram, YouTube, different platforms like this. And in your market, I guess like it is pretty competitive, right? In the the area that you're in. Yeah, fiercely competitive. Yeah, because you have uh basically Manhattan, right? It's right on the right side of you from Yes, it's right across the river. And Hoboken, you know, Hudson County is fairly large, but Hoboken is 1.3 square miles, and the population though is about 55,000. So, it just gives you perspective. It's a very small, tiny piece of property, but it is very densely populated. Yes. And I think you said like the properties taken range from like a couple hundred thousand to like 1.5 million dollars. So Oh, more than that. Like if you're in if you're in Hudson County, so Hudson County, you know, things could be as low as 175,000 for a co-op, but once you start going into Hoboken and parts of Jersey City, you could pay for a condominium $4 million, $5 million. And forget about single family homes, some of them are $6, $7 million. So the range and the type of product, the one thing about Hudson County versus a lot of the other markets that you might work in is that we sell everything. As a residential real estate agent, I sell single family homes, condominiums, co-ops, one, two families, three families, and four families. You got to be versed in everything and some of the properties I sell are banging like gorgeous homes. And others, the one I I have a property right now under contract in Jersey City and there's no power or water going into the property. Hmm. So it's very drastically different. And I'm a funny story on a YouTube ad that I received, I actually closed on him probably six, seven months ago. And it was funny because my website has all these pretty, pretty properties. And I go to meet with him and he wasn't sure. I mean he hired me right on the spot because the one thing with YouTube ads is when you meet people, they feel like they know you already. And they think about that talk to camera that creates familiarity. Anyway, I go in for the interview, I go over everything, how I sell homes. And one of the things he said to me, he loved me, like I said he hired me right away, but the one thing he said was, I saw your website and I was a little concerned because you have all these really pretty homes. And the thing says is that not everything we sell is pretty. It is so dramatically different properties that we work on in Hudson County, which besides it being fiercely competitive in this area, it's also you have to have lots of levels of expertise in order to survive. You can't just sell pretty homes. Hmm, right. And is that kind of like what led you into like personal branding? Did you want to kind of like show that hey, this is how I'm different and really build that connection, or what was that original kind of point where you started using it? So the the social media, I would say a lot of it honestly started when I found Pasi and Eeli. So when I encountered the program, I connected right away to your ad. I got hooked right in. And the reason why is because it was all about attraction-based marketing. Anyone reading Nousu marketing reviews should know a lot of the things that I've been doing in my business really originated from the program, starting with coming up with organic Facebook ads, sorry, organic Facebook posts, where they weren't about selling something, they were about connecting, offering expertise, sharing client stories. Right off the door that made a lot of sense to me. And of course I've evolved my business since then, but it was a big catapult to bring me to where I am today because previously, I made cold calls. And I was I was good at it. I was totally comfortable on the phone, but it's grueling. You know, you're on the phone, you're waiting for somebody to add answer the phone, nobody answers, people yell at you. But at the end of the day like if you connect with someone, you usually could get the deal. But at the end I just didn't think it was sustainable. So to me finding the program was honestly a Godsend to point me in the direction of where I am today where on Instagram, I'm getting reach up to sometimes over a million. You know, but a lot of my more recent, you know, it's not always a million, that's kind of like an anomaly, but I have a lot of posts that are going, you know, 10,000, 20,000, 100,000, 200,000, it's not uncommon to see that happen with an Instagram post. Yeah, yeah, exactly, especially I guess like going to the future, right? We're looking at things like AI, right? Then things like especially nowadays, right? There's a lot of virtual assistants that do the cold calling. So it can definitely be be tougher even if you are like really, really good at at cold calling, right? So that definitely definitely made sense. I guess like for you initially when you kind of like started looking at that like more attraction-based marketing, right? What was that essentially like? Because like a lot of people they say, hey, it's too difficult, right? It's too tech like there's too much technology you have to learn. And there's it's really difficult to basically do it. So, how do you kind of overcome that initial like fear that most people at least have? Well, the one thing with real estate and you know, I've had a lot of people that want to be mentored by me at my real estate brokerage and a lot of times they don't like to hear what I have to say. But at the end of the day, you have to pick your way at how you want to market your business and you also have to believe in yourself. And I believed in myself. And I believed that attraction-based marketing was really the right way to go, just knowing the circle of friends that I hang out with. Like nobody wants to be sold. People want to work with people that they know, like and trust. I mean that's like a common phrase that everyone uses. So for me, it was a little scary, right? Here I was making cold calls, all of a sudden I'm saying I'm not going to do that anymore. I'm going to go all in on social media, I'm going to work on my video skills, I'm going to learn how to speak to camera, find the right angles, have the right lighting. I mean, I have so much equipment that I've purchased, it's embarrassing. But at the end of the day, I do believe that, you know, to me that's the way to go is that attraction-based. And you've you've got to take a risk. You're you're we're business owners. At the end of the day, we're not sales people, we're business owners. And when you make a business decision, you have to go all in. And to me, attraction-based marketing just makes a lot more sense. And there there's definitely a ramp up with everything. But you make sure that you have the money put aside or you find the money. And you make it happen. I don't know if I answer Yeah, no, no, definitely definitely that made sense. I guess like when you first recorded that like first video ever, right? What was it like? Like was it uh scary or was it just like you just recorded it or how do you feel? I mean, I I I never I had done a lot of training on video before that or maybe during all that. So I kind of figured out like for example, when you're doing a video, you clip you record one you get a you got to you have a script. Right. And then you memorize one line at a time. Yes. And then you just record one line at a time and then clip it together. You don't have to record the whole entire video together. No one cares. I've gotten so many leads on videos where I take the piece of paper, I read it blah blah blah. Blah blah blah blah. Blah blah blah blah. And I just I try to stay in the same place but it really doesn't matter either. You don't need to and you don't need fancy editing. And then, you know, I had a lot of help from Eeli from your team. So, like to me, I always felt like I had the support and like each step of the way, I mean you guys have been amazing helping me first with my organic social media, reviewing what I'm doing, then moving on to producing ads, helping me with the ads, which were not salesy ads. They're more about getting to know me or sharing information, my expertise. And then leading up to the YouTube ads. So I just feel like everything's all integrated and, you know, you don't even need to pay for ads. You can use you you can pay for the cheapest ads, which are the omnipresence ads. Exactly, exactly, because I think that's like what's holding a lot of people back, right? Because they have this vision that hey, I'm going to record a video, and I have to speak 20 minutes on a video, right? And there can't be mistakes. There can't be no Oh, yeah. no fumbling, right? So when you have those systems and you actually, okay, I have this script. This is how you actually have a script and where do you come up with the ideas, right? And how you do all of that. And then when you have somebody check your stuff, right? Look at your video, give you some feedback. I think for for a lot of people at least based on my experience, they kinda get into a groove of it and kind of start getting comfortable on the camera camera as well. Yeah. The the other thing you can do like is a lot of us are pretty vain is you just take your phone and you look at yourself and you move through your wherever you're going to be recording, and you move through and then you find where the best lighting is. And then that's where you put your camera. Wherever the best lighting is. So I think like those to me those are the two cat those are the two to me so yes recording, you don't have to record in one big block. So that's definitely a key takeaway. I think a lot of people like you said, think that they have to record that entire video. You don't. You can basically talk and even if you wanted to stand still and talk, talk, talk, all of a sudden if you make a mistake, you could be, okay, scratch that, say that line again. And but for me, the biggest issue that was for me for recording videos was the lighting. Like I would be crazy because I want to look good on camera. Did you end up getting like the box lights or how how did you go about? Yeah, I got everything, but you know, at the end of the day, the best light is out I look at the windows over there is outside light. The best light not in outside but being in front of a window, but that to me has always been the bane of my existence is getting I guess the script itself, making sure I have a solid script, but also the lighting would really that delays me a lot. a lot of times from recording. Yeah, yeah, and it makes a huge difference. There's other people like me. Yeah, 100% and it does really like really make like a night and day difference, right? If you have the same picture in the same exact place, if you have bad lighting, it's unusable basically. You have good lighting. Like all these things really do do add up and especially with other things you mentioned as well. Right, right. Um, and I guess like are you recording right now through your phone or do you have some sort of professional camera or something like this that you're using? Uh, you know, I've gone back and forth where I do have a I do have the camera, but honestly it becomes way too complicated to use the camera. It just I've had where I'm like moving in the camera and I'm like, what the hell, it's blurry. So honestly, I have the latest iPhone and to me, this is the best camera. Yeah. And I I use this like to record, you know, these videos are so even on YouTube, they're so short-lived. you don't No no one cares. No one cares. Like as much as I'm talking about being vain and wanting to look good, nobody cares what you look like. They want to hear what you're saying. That's all they care about is what you're saying. It doesn't have to be perfect. Exactly, exactly. And that's what I noticed as well, like this is one of the beliefs for the way like a lot of people have, they think they need to have like a video person come to their house and Oh my God, no. Like record like a video. Uh and it's actually like even the same for us, so we have a like literally $2,000 camera, we have the box light, we have everything like the setup, we have a $1,000 microphone. But at the end of the day like we can just record with an iPhone and we get basically the same exact result. It's 99% of the way there. So if I'm like traveling, I can literally record the video and it's good to be just as good. Uh but see like it's good to have that uh like you said like the latest iPhone or at least an iPhone that's like uh like maximum two years old. Uh older than that, you you will start to kind of notice a little bit of that difference there for sure. But um I guess for you specifically, so you had uh obviously in the program too, we go over all the platforms. We go Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, right? All these platforms, but for you specifically, which platform would you say has been like the best as far as reach, as far as like leads, all these different things? I would say Instagram. I mean, I will say like I just recently started posting my stuff from Facebook, from Instagram to Facebook. There definitely is opportunity on Facebook, but I think it became like I wanted to be a cool kid. So that's why I focused on Instagram. But I have received leads from Instagram. And I did actually recently close a property. I helped my friend sell her parents' property in an area that I don't normally serve, and she saw me on Facebook. Hmm, yes. So kind of like that I guess like it's that's exactly what kind of go around program as well, like focusing on like one platform as like your main growth channel, right? And then you have like other platforms you want to also be on to kind of keep still that omnipresence. Because at the end of the day, there are some people, right? They're just not going to be on like Instagram, right? No matter if you get a million views on one post, right? There are some people that are not there. But if you just stay top of mind across all of the platforms, at least, right? You're going to get that benefit. And especially what we kind of notice is like, like you said, right? It was your your friend, right? Or somebody you know. But then your post can kind of get you top of mind. So they remember you, right? And then you you work with them. So I guess like Yeah, being top of mind, right? That's really Have you kind of noticed that helping you to to grow the business, like reactivating some of the sphere a little more, or what kind of benefits have you seen in terms of that top of mind approach? So, like I said, like most of my focus is on Instagram. And I get a lot of business from Instagram that I couldn't necessarily say it's from Instagram, but I I kind of know it is. One of So I live, you know, I said I lived in Hoboken and I live in a condominium and there's over 230 units. And then there's other buildings around me that are pretty large like this. And what happens is because my Instagram I do a lot of a lot of my Instagram is about romanticizing Hoboken. I do work in other areas of Hudson County, but my Instagram is focused on Hoboken because it's where I live, but it's also easier when you pick, it's kind of like picking one platform to grow. It makes sense to pick one town to grow, because when you try to be everywhere, you're not really successful. And I do post about other areas. I post about general Hudson County, but my stuff is Hoboken. So what happens is a lot of these buildings, they start to see my stuff and then they start following me. So for example, I have a woman that lives in my building and she's referred me a few buyers. And she connected with me on Instagram. And then it just turns out that we live in the same building. And now, I'm helping her buy an investment property. Hmm. Yeah. So it's it's like And then there's other people like I so then there's another woman that actually refers me a ton of business. It's all rental listings, but they're high-end rental listings. Like one rental listing I plan on getting, I'm waiting for paperwork. It's over 11,500 a month. It's probably going to be a $12,000 a month. And that is because the woman that referred me, she's on my Instagram. Even though I do see her in the building every now and then, really very rarely. She's on my Instagram so that keeps me top of mind. Hmm. Yeah, that's. Yeah, so it's like it kind of it's all kind of related. And then I had another woman approach me at a we have a large HOA. There's actually three building buildings. And one of the buildings a woman met me at one of the parties and she's like, oh, I love your Instagram. I wanted to meet you. And she's older, I wouldn't have expected. I think she was like, maybe 70 or 80 years old. Like I, you know, I was taken off taken back by that. So it's just it's a way and like I said, sometimes I'll be walking down the street and I can even though I don't do as many talk to camera videos anymore. I I do want to sit down this week and kind of think through some more talk to camera videos I could use, but I do post a lot of pictures of my stuff. I get I do a professional photoshoot twice a year. And I post those pictures. So then people they'll recognize me. So I walk down the street and I can tell someone's like looking at me. Yes. Yeah, that's that's that's huge. Yeah, that's huge because like we always talk about like it's always about the relationship, not about just getting contact information, right? And that's like exactly I guess like what's what's really like the benefit of personal branding for real estate is the fact that, hey, like it's not that like you just cold lead and you just talk to somebody and then like boom, now you're getting the listing, right? But a lot of it has to do with exactly those types of connections. So that's exactly what we have seen like across all of our clients, especially with organic social media. It's not always even and actually most of the times actually referral. So somebody who have like 2,000 people on your friends list, and then somebody sees a post and they're again like you said, like a friend needs to sell a house or something like this and that's exactly what it really comes down to. And it's kind of interesting that you said that because like when you post Instagram reels, right? A lot of those get targeted geographically. So where you're actually posting the reel, that matters a lot. And that's actually a really good strategy that you have there because again, you post a reel about Hoboken, right? It's targeted both in terms of the content, but also in terms of geographic, right? So you get just get the a lot of those local people to see that. So, so that definitely makes sense. Um, I guess like um outside of that, right? I know you said you posted on YouTube, right? These different platforms. Uh what's been your experience, for example, let's say with with YouTube? You know, I actually feel pretty strongly that YouTube is a good lead generation source. But unfortunately, the bandwidth that I have doesn't allow me to be in the organic space. It gets to a point where you're just like, let me just focus on this. So like my goal right now is to get Instagram to a point where it's generating very frequent leads. You know, the problem with a lot of these platforms is you generate also a lot of scammers where they they message you, they're like, can we go on WhatsApp? And I'm like, no. But, you know, um as far as the so I do have some really good videos on YouTube, but I I just haven't been doing that. But I do I really I really liked the YouTube ads. One great thing about YouTube ads is that when you run them and the people meet with you, they feel like they know you already. Like I've had people tell me I could just tell from the video, you're really nice. You know, so it it definitely is a lot more receptive than say when I have done Facebook ads for people to get a price on your home. So that's when I say ads, I'm speaking about ads that say, hey, would you it's it's more thought through than this, but basically I'm asking them would they like to get a price on their home. And on YouTube, it was a lot more successful and a lot warmer. And I have a lot of leads. I have a huge pipeline of people that I follow up with. And I also revamped my email strategy. So I'm sending four emails a week, uh four emails a month. And again, not like salesy emails. They're more just like sharing information. I try to make them more thoughtful. And they're done with flow desk. They have pictures of me just to keep me top of mind. Hmm, got it, got it. Yeah, and also like with YouTube, I guess it's like it is like much more like in a sense that in in that sense, right? It's a little bit harder to make a YouTube videos say, but in some market it's like a lot a lot easier. So it really depends on the market as well like which. Oh, yeah. And you know, the other thing I want to bring up is that, you know, prior to so initially in your program, you did not have the YouTube ads. And I had known that they were a great idea, but like I didn't have no idea what to do. And when you guys put out that program, I was like, oh my God, this is amazing. I can't believe they're giving this to us because nobody, nobody on the market explains how to run YouTube ads like you do. And then in addition, it's not just about the YouTube ad. It's then layer on it is the omnipresence campaign that hits people on Facebook and YouTube. I mean sorry. Hits people on Facebook and Instagram. Yes, yes. So me like it's like a whole integrated strategy that puts you front and center in front of people. Hmm. I guess like for the people watching this, like how how would you explain the omnipresence strategy? Like because usually people wouldn't know that unless they're been on the channel or clients, but how would you say what what would that be? I mean, everybody might do theirs a little bit differently, but mine are set up where I have uh first I have a few so I have about 12 ads. And the first set of ads are more educational where I kind of explain things about the market. I might educate people on something going on in the market. I might tell them about capital gains taxes. So I talk about educational videos. One set is educational. The second set I might be talking about my clients and I talk about client success stories. And these can be videos or posts. It just depends on what I'm thinking about that day, but, you know, when I set up the ads. And then so it's it's uh client stories, educational posts, then it's get to know me ads. So they're just basically a a caption talking about who I am. So if you want to work with me, this is who I am. And then lastly, sales-based ads, which say, hey, do you want to set up a one-on-one consultation? And they're very cheap. You spend anywhere from a dollar to a dollar 50 a day. I think with 12 ads running at a dollar or a dollar 50 a day is like a little over $400 a month. And they don't pop up frequently. A specific ad I think I make it so that you can't see it every six days or something or seven days. I'm not even sure. But basically the idea is it's omnipresence mean that I am present. You you see me. I don't I don't know if that's the right definition. But basically it's it's an opportunity for people to get to know me and not feel sold to. And there's since because of the different types of ads, it also presents in a way that's not salesy. Hmm, yeah, yeah, exactly. I think that's like a huge thing I think like lacking for most Realtors, right? Is like they run an ad and then they're like sending a bunch of cold to actions through email, right? There's nothing happening after, right? And then the other key is like that you have a database, right? And then all the leads are have come through throughout the years, you built the database, right? And for a lot of people they're just not using that database for anything. So it's just like emails emails going out, right? And then nobody because like a lot of people send their emails from like a tool, uh like there's a lot of different CRMs, right? And then their email reputation is really bad because of the CRM a lot of people use. Like the open rates are really low. But especially nowadays, the email open rates have been like much lower than they were like 5, 10 years ago. So that's why yeah. But yeah, I I always say this like on a call when I'm on it with the either like a potential new client, right? It's like omnipresent strategy is like the best money you can ever spend because Oh, completely. Best money. Like I'm stressed out because I'm not running my omnipresent campaign right now. I was trying to like pull back on money a little bit just for a little I was like rearranging a few things. And but I'm like I was waiting to be quite frank. I was waiting for new pictures. I got my haircut. So I needed new pictures. For the omnipresence campaign. So I finally got them a couple of weeks ago and I need to get them get it back up and running. And I'd like to do some I it's funny because in the omnipresence campaign, I do things very differently than what I do in my organic social media. And I don't know if that was by design why I did it this way. But a lot of I feel with ads, people are more receptive when it's a talk me talking to camera or it's a photo of me. I don't like to do a lot of my my my organic Instagram that really performs well are Hoboken uh romanticizing Hoboken. So you know, like this is what your life would look like if you lived in Hoboken. It's better than that. It's kind of what it is. And for some reason, I don't think those are appropriate for the omnipresence campaign. Hmm. Yeah, I mean, it really depends, right? So really a lot of times we could do two ways, right? You could either take your best organic posts and then post it on the the ads. In which case there's like a CPM, so how much you pay per 1,000 people, right? If it's a viral post, it's going to be just really, really low. Like how much you actually pay for the ad. Or obviously, then the benefit of those omnipresent ads, you can make like a call to action like, hey, let's go book a call to my calendar, right? That's obviously a post that organically would never perform, right? Like you would have uh 200 views or something on the if you made a post. But with paid ads you can run a lot of used to it, right? And then those views can be very, very targeted, right? So then the the people that see them can be, for example, those people in the database or past listing leads or something like that. Yes. So, so yeah. But uh yeah, that's something I definitely talk a lot about, right? Because again, even for you, you are in a very competitive market, right? But it's only like $300, $400 you can spend. And in many market actually it's like $100 or $200. Oh, really? So mine is more expensive. Yeah, because of the CPMS. Yeah. Well, it's the market, right? The deal size, commission, right? That determines a lot of the uh the the costs, right? So if you're in a small city, right? That's uh less expensive. But even then like okay, let's say it's $5,000 per $10,000 per per per listing that you sell and you can spend $100, $200, right? That's a 50X ROI. Or if you're in a Hoboken, right? You make $15,000, you spend $400. That's a large ROI. We're talking about again, 50 50 $100X ROI. So that's why that's uh one of the things I always talk to people about it's that that omnipresent campaign. But um, I guess like to ask like two final questions, right? So in terms of your experience working with us, right? What was that like like? Can you tell us a little bit more about like the support, what was it like being in the program? What was that whole experience like for those people wondering that are maybe not yet clients? Honestly, you guys are the best. I mean, I don't And I'm really critical. So I'm not one to give out compliments that easily. But I just feel like the program itself, I mean, you have to be dedicated and you have you listen to videos. So if you're not someone that's going to listen to videos, it might not work for you. But with that said, the support that you get when you're listening to videos is amazing. And even after the videos. The fact that like when I was doing my first round of and actually many rounds of my organic posts, the fact that I could put it in a Google Doc and then have Eeli review it and then get back to me and make updates, to me the the amount of support that you guys have given has been amazing. There is only one other person I've worked with in the in my whole career as a real estate agent and corporate that has put in so much dedication. So you're not the only one, but basically, so that that's makes it more legit that you're not the only person I felt this way about but pretty much there are only two people I've worked with because a lot of people want to sell a product, they have all these ideas, but you know, at the end of the day, they just want to sell the product. They don't want to help you. And with your group, I feel like you guys really wanted to help. You like even years later, and I think it's actually been more than two years, by the way. It's been like a lot of years we've been working together. And, you know, that investment that I made was the best investment I've ever made in all of my real estate career. And, you know, if I need help, I just ask you guys and like I said, you're hands on. Eeli is hands on. He gives direct feedback. I really couldn't ask for more. Awesome, awesome. Yeah, thank you for those kind words, great to hear. And yeah, I agree with you, so like a lot of times I see people they they purchase something, right? But then there's no one-on-one support. So nobody looks at the content, looks at the ads, looks at these different things. Totally. Yeah, they just let you go on your own and you're just like, whoa, but I need help. Like you guys go in my ads account and you go in and you update it and you're like, oh, you got to change this. Yes. You know, so the fact it's like that hands-on support is critical because it's one thing to listen to a tutorial, listen to a video, and those videos are amazing. But it's another thing to get that next level of support to have someone actually go in in your ads manager and figure out how to tweak it. Or set it up for you if that's needed. Like for me, I was able to set up a lot of the stuff myself. But there's a lot of people that can't set it up themselves. They need you to go in and do it for them. And you guys do that. Yeah, yeah, exactly. And it's always like a mix between like, hey, like there are like completely done for you services, right? Where it's like completely impersonal where it's no Realtor and everything like that, right? And then a mix between like, hey, like if we want to build a personal brand, right? We need to put your content, like your market out there, right? And you your personality, right? So there's like that perfect balance like, hey, that's why the videos are there, right? So the Realtor understands like, this is how these things work, right? And then maybe there's something like, okay, we actually look at your ad account, or look at these things or do something for you like a tech side, which is something you can do it most of the times like one-time setup, right? So you do it one time and it's going to be there for years. And that's like exactly the reason why we decided to build this way, right? So it's like personal. We we get to implement that personal branding, right? But then, uh also, we get to get Realtors to do actually get these results, right? Get these things happening because that's what's holding a lot of people back as well, right? Maybe maybe some of those things like tech side, like how does the ad manager work, or Pixels. Oh, yeah, and I mean I've heard some of your other clients and like I happen to be technical, but I can tell a lot of those people are not technical. And you guys helped them. Exactly, exactly. And that's like, uh like you said, those little tweaks, right? Like sometimes people ask me like, hey, like what do I do in this situation, right? And then I tell them like one thing. And I notice like three months later, right? They come back and they're like, I got five listings, or 10 listings. And those little things like you just said like in the one-on-one chat, like little comments, right? That's what really often makes that difference. And then going back later, right? If you if there wasn't that one little comment, if the person was just by themselves, right? They could have just gotten stuck there, right? So it's like uh Yeah, totally. So yeah. All all of that uh definitely makes sense and I agree with you. But um awesome, Geraldine, thank you for your time. I really appreciate the interview here today. Uh any final thoughts you want to share share with the viewers? Sign up. No, I'm kidding. Uh, you know, just that like I said, I think I said this in the beginning that the program really changed the trajectory of my business and shifted my focus to attraction-based marketing. And a little um piece of information that I didn't share. I was working with another coach years ago and when I had told him I was going to switch my business all the way over to attraction-based marketing, he really got kind of nasty with me and said, why because I was making cold calls at the time. He said, why would you stop making cold calls where that has been successful in your business? And I turned to him and I was like, because just because I said to him that I get where you're coming from, but cold calls are not sustainable. It is not a sustainable business model. You know, who is this sustainable business model for? Someone that has no personality that wants to lock themselves in a closet and make phone calls and drive people crazy. And I knew it just was not sustainable. You'll burn out. Um and ultimately, you know, finding the program, like I said, was a Godsend because it really helped me realize, okay, I want to do this, it's successful and I am forever grateful for meeting you and and getting your help. And just by eliminating the mistakes that I was making, it's it's really boosted tremendously my business. Um, and the cost is really low because it it's not wasting any time. It's going direct. For those reading Pasi Poutanen reviews, um I was with another program prior um and it just wasn't resonating me with me. I think I needed the social media to be broken down a little bit further. Um and so I've gotten so much support. I mean, really basic questions asked um have been answered um in a really helpful manner. What is it that you do and how you really help your clients? Yeah, hi. Uh, absolutely. I'm a uh real estate, residential real estate broker in the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix area. Uh, I've been a full-time agent for 18 years. And I have been helping clients, uh, buy and sell homes and find the the ideal lifestyle living in this fantastic area. Gotcha. Yeah, awesome. Tell us a bit more about your business and sort of uh the challenges you had before like joining the program that led you into joining uh the accelerator. Uh, absolutely. So, I had uh began a different coaching program before that really had opened up the uh idea that I knew social media was going to be a big part of my future success. Uh, and I I learned some things in that program, but I really struggled with, you know, content creation, consistency, and you know, had a bit of a perfection mindset and just didn't really couldn't keep on a system with it where I actually saw any sort of results. There's this Facebook thing, there's the ad side, you can boost posts, then there's Tik Tok, YouTube, um, and then ultimately the question is, right, we we can post some stuff, right, but how do we actually systematize it, so we can solve the core problem, right? How do we get consistent lead volume coming in? How do we get actual clients? And how do we not do that just like one time a year, right, but how do we do that over and over and over again? Exactly, yeah. Um, and kind of like the same thing applies also to to creation, right? So, I I know some people they may make one good post, right, but how do you make 100 good posts a year, right? And that's where really a lot of that kind of stuff comes in for sure. Um, why did you decide to work with us specifically, um, instead of like any other company? Uh, what really connected with me was just the focus and marketing knowledge that it seemed that you guys seem to have that, you know, I I really also and liked the psychological aspect and that we are bringing like the program was to bring value to clients and and that's something I could get behind because it's, you know, I feel like that's a a goal of mine is to bring value to others and and the program really came from that from that background and the posts and and that's what I connected with. Right, got you. Yeah, that totally makes a lot of sense because like a lot of times like when people do marketing, especially in real estate for some reason, um, a lot of like psychological aspects just tends to like being forgotten, even though real estate itself, it's super like when you think about real estate transactions and how they kind of happen, there's like so much psychology going on, right? People are building relationships, they're sending postcards and a lot of that stuff has like psychological foundation under it, right? Reciprocity, building relationships, but for some reason when people go into like online, right? It's just like, okay, get this thing right here and that's that's where it's at or it's just automated. So, so that definitely, you know, makes a lot of sense. Um, so when you joined the program, right, what were some of the initial steps you kind of took to get you some quick wins? What were some of the first things you kind of started with? Well, just setting up my social media profiles, um, really dialing those in, like I was at the time didn't really have everything filled out, having the appropriate branding message and images throughout all of my profiles, and then once I began to understand the the posting and organic posting I did, you know, I was initially already, you know, had two two deals, uh, listings right away just from, you know, getting those profiles set up and the consistent posting organically. So, so that was like amazing for me just to have that system to follow, uh, which is where I started to see the the business come in. Mm, got you. Yeah, that definitely makes uh, a lot of sense. And that's something like kind of is easy to overlook, right? How does your social media profile look like, right? Cause it's it's like at the first thought, a lot of people don't really think about it, right? Like, okay, what do I actually say in the bio, or what do you say in the cover picture or any of that stuff, but it does make a big difference, right? Because when people actually go to your profile, on based on your posts, right? They they see that it's it's very different, but also the value gets communicated clearly because a lot of times for a lot of real estate agents, it just says real estate agent, right? And for home owners, it's like, they don't, a lot of home owners may not even necessarily know that much about what is real estate agent, or general population at least, they may may have no idea what is a real estate agent in the first place. So, so that definitely makes a lot of sense. Um, so when you were making the content itself, how was the content different from, you know, the stuff that you did earlier? Um, well, I think what we're kind of what we see most agents do in this business is, hey, look at my listing and this is a house for sale, you know, call me for a showing or call me. Um, it was very, um, you know, salesy and and didn't it was just more for my benefit versus the program that you taught is, you know, bringing value and and growing that for others and then, you know, putting value out there and just that's how you organically get engagement and and that's, you know, great the system is super effective, so. Right. Yeah, definitely. And that's like again, one of those things that's kind of like of course gets overlooked because a lot a lot of people they do want to get sort of like leads, um, and there's like part, okay, we can get a lead on social media pretty easily, right? But okay, well how do we turn that lead into an actual, uh, customer, right? And the same goes to social media. A lot of people want to, um, get followers. That's like a very common thing. People want to have 10,000 followers, but what do you do with those followers, right? When they actually do come in? So if you did gave a lot of realtors out there, you know, 10,000 followers, if the content itself is still automated, it's still generic and or just sold, just listed, right? Well, those followers wouldn't stop kind of consuming that content. So, what kind of benefits have you seen from actually creating your own content and kind of building your personal brand? What kind of impacts have you seen with, you know, people, maybe in the followers or maybe in your sphere of influence, as far as that goes? Yeah, I just, I've seen a lot more, a lot of engagement. I think, you know, I didn't get a ton of interaction on my posts before. Um, a lot of people are interacting. I, you know, when I'm even see people that follow me, you know, they're always coming up to me and they're like, oh my gosh, like, like love everything you're posting and, um, just really that feedback from like so many people that, you know, just are enjoying the content, maybe they're not buying a house right now, but they know what I'm doing and and they, you know, share my posts now and and kind of are on my side and, um, they're really just, it's been great feedback from from people. And then also the business side, you know, just of the sales increase. I mean, I've had my, uh, best year in 2022 since I've been in real estate, um, almost, I basically 100% increase from the year before for my total sales. So, it's uh, it's been great, great success. Mm, awesome, awesome. Yeah, that's like a little counterintuitive, right? Cause because when you create content, it's like a lot of people want to get sales right now today, right? And it's that's what leads to a lot of realtors doing very short-term marketing, right? Running a lead ad or anything like that. But I know in the program, something that would be with you as well, has been the omnipresence strategy, right? So, as an example, in the paid advertising section, can you talk me a little bit, uh talk a bit more about that. Um, what kind of, um, like how is the paid ad system different from maybe what you tried before? Or was that actually the first time you tried running, um, ads on social media? No, I've definitely put a lot of money into, to Facebook marketing. And I guess I could say you don't know what you don't know. So I I when I started the program, you know, I thought I knew how to place a Facebook ad, which they like I said, they make it super easy for you to do. Right. Um, but the intricacy that you your program, uh, provides and allows me to, the tools to do it and the knowledge to do it. Like I feel like I've, you know, become almost to a high-level marketing specialist that I didn't even know was out there. So, so the the level of, um, detail in your program is phenomenal and it it walks you through it, you know, to a, where you feel like, you know, you're actually an expert in it now too. Anyone reading Nousu marketing reviews should know that the depth is amazing. So, um, I've, I mean, it's just such a great system. The paid ads, you know, you feel confident spending that money because you've got a funnel and a whole system in place and you know, you know, exactly what you're going to do to turn that and convert it. And the leads, I've been way hotter than any online lead I've ever experienced. Um, and, you know, some, uh, I've experienced, uh, initial like listing appointments immediately after the lead came in and a signed listing right then and there. Others do need a little bit nurtured, um, but those are still converting too. So, um, it's just provided a really a framework where I feel really confident and I know, you know, I can always use that for future, you know, leads and keeping my pipeline built up. Right. Yeah, definitely. And that's like, like again, it's such a small nuance, right? But with the funnel that we run, because there is that success page video, right? And there's the testimonials and then when the lead comes in, they just start seeing you kind of all over the internet with the valuable content, right? When the lead actually does hop on a call with you, it does make a big difference compared to say like what a lot of people do run is an example, lead form, right? Which is something I didn't we didn't run that for a little bit, right? But the lead quality is just so different compared to those two to between those two, right? Yeah. Yeah, it's, I mean, the listing appointments are not, I mean, they're really smooth and they already know, you know, probably more about me before I even get there and have seen all of this information about, you know, why to choose me. So, it's just talking about their house and getting everything set up. So, um, it's like I said, like nothing else I've ever seen. The omnipresence has been really cool just to kind of always have something out there and, uh, you know, I've have other agents that have mentioned to me, they're like, oh my gosh, yeah, like they see your, you're everywhere, like in on Facebook. So, uh, some of my people in my database call me a like a Starlight of Scottsdale, which I completely don't agree with, but it's kind of funny. So. Got it. Yeah, 100%. And yeah, there's a lot of like, like in this, for example, when we run the paid ads, when we looked at, right? I think at some point your cost bleed, it rose up, right? But then we changed the ads, the content itself, I think it dropped down like two or three times, right? Like it was like $100 and then it went to like $30 per listing lead, right? Yeah. So it does, you know, make a big difference even though a lot of times when realtors do run ads, right? It's just just putting out one ad or two ads, right? And just letting that run for like six months and then you wonder, well, you know, why the leads are not coming in or why the leads are low in quality, right? For sure. So it does make a lot of difference. And I know that, uh, especially going into 2023, right? You're now relaunching your ads, uh, and you're going to, uh, scale the ads themselves. Um, what were some of the reasons that you kind of decided to continue working with this process? Cause I know you did it, uh, for, for a longer period of time. I think we're, for about, the paid ads about six months, 12 months right now, something like that, right? When you started with it? Um, Yeah, about six months. Right. But the key thing is kind of how you mentioned in the before, right? The consistency aspect of it. So when you did build that, that was about six to 12 months ago, when you built the funnel, the funnel, the same exact funnel is still running, which is a lot of times in real estate space, that's not the case. People build funnel every month. They're try this new website or new widget, right? Or this new platform, right? Would that be TikTok or YouTube? And people kind of have this, you know, shiny object syndrome in a way where they do a lot of different things and it's just like a new thing every month, right? But with you, we just had like one funnel, I think one channel, Facebook and Instagram, right? Basically one, the same channel that we run and you still keep running that same channel, right? It's it's nothing else changed except small, maybe small details here and there. So what were some of the reasons you decided to continue working with us and really kind of running that same exact process to grow your business in 2023? Uh, mainly it's just it's effective and I feel confident that, you know, I'm going to keep getting listing business. I mean, I've seen results from it and working with you, you guys are, you know, fantastic. If I have an issue where, you know, I have some questions or need some help, you know, you guys are available to me and and I've, you know, it's not just those weekly coaching calls, which are great, but there's more, you know, you guys are here to back me up and, um, you know, the support is ongoing and and that's been, you know, really fantastic and and it makes me feel confident in spending my money on that funnel and like I said, it just I've seen the success and, um, you know, I'm definitely you guys's biggest fan. Awesome, awesome. Yeah, by the way, has the tracking, so knowing like exactly, okay, you spend this much, right? You get this out. Has that been helpful for running the actual marketing? Yeah, the tracking, um, just knowing each day, you know, where, you know, where my ads are, um, how how effective they are performing and, you know, do I need to to update the ad or tweak it here and and and that's been great too because it's just, you know, like this is your money that's going out. So you want to make sure, you know, you're spending it in an effective way. So to track it and have a system, uh, to know what those numbers mean. I would never would have known, you know, what half of those numbers even meant before. So. Yeah. Um, it's huge. So, yeah, it's I, you know, it's the first thing I do in the morning is I I check my, uh, my ads every day and, um, I know exactly where I'm running and, um, so that's that's been a a big change for sure. Yeah, 100%. Cause like a lot of times when I talk with realtors or, you know, when I listen to our our team's calls, right? Whenever people actually do spend money on their marketing, whether that be Facebook ads or any other channel, people don't actually know what's the ROI or what's the cost per lead or how many leads they've even got. So, kind of having that clarity, right? Knowing, okay, this is my cost per lead, this is my, uh, conversion from a lead into an appointment and from an appointment into listing. I can imagine that can be super helpful, especially when you kind of get into those higher levels, right? When you spend $2,000, $3,000 a month on your ads, right? It's very useful to know that and really being able to run that, right? Cause if you don't know if that produces you anything or not, it's kind of tough to spend it, right? But when you do know, you can kind of be confident in it and and therefore scale it to higher levels, right? Yeah. Yeah, 100%. Awesome. All right. Well, thank you, Sheri for the interview. Hey everyone. Uh welcome to this video. So, in this video, I just want to share with you guys a little bit more about the process we have and uh one of our interview, one of our clients, Tim. So, Tim is a broker realtor in Bend Oregon. He owns uh on his own brokerage there, has been doing business for uh over 31 years right now. So, uh Tim, why don't you introduce yourself and tell us a little bit more about like who you are, how did you uh got into real estate and uh how did you end up working with us? I appreciate that. Uh my name's Tim, uh Central Oregon realty here. And uh been in the business like he like he mentioned 31 years. Uh I started off in the uh education field. I did that for a while. Uh a couple other uh jobs in the intrum, but uh was also involved in development with uh my family when I was younger. And uh kind of always wanted to live in this uh central organ area. And uh always been in the uh sales business. Um and helping people. So, it was a natural transition. So yeah, after I finished college, I came over here. Uh didn't know anybody and uh built a business from there. Gotcha. Awesome. And and so you've been running the brokers there for 31 years, right? Uh no, well, not that whole time. I've worked for another company prior to that. And uh this I've been at it for 20 years now. Yeah. 20 years. Got it. Running the office and and selling and doing the whole thing. Awesome. So, so you know, you have a big track record and you're probably very familiar in terms of like what kind of different marketing channels there are and how they different different channels work, right? I can imagine you at that time you tried out different things. So, uh what would you say before before you got into, you know, working with us. I think that's about uh close to a year ago now, right? Mhm. Correct. Yeah. So so you know, before you got got to work with us, uh what kind of uh marketing methods did you use previous to social media? And uh what how how did you kind of like notice that now's the time to start leveraging social media? Well, you know, excuse me, all the change in the market, you know. You know, from the old school, you know, I grew up doing the traditional marketing, which I still do a lot of it today as well. Um, but you know, prospecting, of course, calling, you know, expires for sale by owners, uh, you know, working your past clients. Um, but the, you know, the thing with the business is now it's, you know, harder of course to to get phone numbers, uh to get people, uh the whole sales cycle has changed. You know, you're you're speaking to the client more in the initial part of the the sales process where it's more of a and building a little bit more of a relationship, you know what I mean? Then in the old days when they were just ready to do something. So, that's what got me involved in that because that's the way you can reach a lot of people now, of course, because of social media, everybody's on social media, right? Friends, uh, you know, businesses, uh, and then when people when they're first curiosity now, uh, when they're thinking of selling or purchasing a property, a lot of that is is starts in that direction, you know what I mean? Either finding out about an area, uh, talking to somebody they know, uh, doing some initial research, and that's why it's important to be there on the front end to start that relationship. Got it. And and I agree with you there in terms of the sale cycle itself, you know, I remember when we got started to work together about a year ago, you mentioned that, you know, back in like, you know, 20 years ago or 30 years ago, you know, the sales cycle and the process itself is very different because there was no social media as we in today's market, people can already tend to know a lot about you before they even meet you on the call or before they even meet you, you know, um, on the actual listing appointment. So, um, back then when we got started to work together, what kind of different specific tools did you try before on social media? So before you you work with us? Oh, that's a very good question. Um, the whole the whole thing and I think most agents do it, it's just kind of a just a kind of throw it out there approach. So, what I'm saying with that is that, you know, it's it's usually just house driven, right? So they run, you know, an ad of a property, you know, I got this for sale, it's a three bedroom, two bath at this price, you know what I mean? Hopefully that'll get it, you know, get them, you know, to call you or have some interest in the property. Um, you know, and some other ones will show, you know, a property that they've sold or, um, some will do kind of a community event. The only challenge with that is is, you know, with it is is the, you know, the time is just kind of generic, you know what I mean? Everybody's doing the same thing. And to get people to respond, you it's like anything, even when you when you're calling them, you got to bring you got to give them something of value, you know? And that's why the approach with you guys, I think is very powerful and different is because you're actually giving them something of value, something that they need, you know, which a lot of times is a, you know, value of their property, um, a really good story, um, not just on what the market is doing, but it's more uh kind of a whole communication to kind of keep them in there in the process. Yeah. Yeah, definitely. So, when we got started to work together, what would you say like back then when you compared our company versus like everything else you tried before and all the other ones, what was the thing that kind of caught your attention that you you found that this was the thing that you wanted to do? Yeah, I know and you know, like most agents, you know, every day I look at the phone, there's probably 10 to 15 companies that are advertising to us, right? Yeah. to do this. But what's unique about you guys was uh and it's really is is your delivery, you know, with I one of the ads that you did was was so different. Um, it was the guy from Apple. I can't think of his name right now. Uh, Steve Jobs, that's probably. Yeah, Steve Jobs with the way you wrote the text and that that was it caught my attention, you know what I mean? And made me want to read it. So if I said if I wanted to read it, you know, and and it wasn't just like a normal ad that I see over and over again. Other people would as well. Got it. Yeah, definitely. The the Steve Jobs ad definitely got viral. I think we have over 100,000 views there. went crazy. So so yeah, I think that's that's our number one best performing ad. So so that the ones that we run. But okay, makes sense. So when we get started to work together, I think we first we started off fully with organic social media, right? And I think uh uh was it like, how long do you take you that you you got your first lead from organic social media? Oh, let's track it out. That was actually a past client. It was about 60 days. Got it. So about and you know, on my side, you know, other people, um, you know, because um, I'm older now, you know, So I'm not as into it as much as a lot of people, but um, you know, that that was it and the past client and and that's actually for that organic side, um, you know, all, you know, the past clients, friends, you know, all that is is the first target I think you're going to get, you know, from people. Instead of them, you know, like when you used to run the old traditional social media ad, you might get a comment here or there, but no real business from it. For this where you're actually getting business from it. Yeah, definitely. Uh that's what I noticed myself as well. It's quite that quite a lot of the times realtors uh tend to, you know, like to generate leads and do it as a as a in terms of what we call the cold advertising. So, generate more like new people. But at the same time, it's also very important that we're staying in front of the people who already know who you are, who are already in your sphere. And kind of the same applies to the lead generation, as were running the lead generation campaign, it's also very important that we're, you know, advertising to the leads we've already generated, maybe three months, six months, 12 months ago. And and that's the biggest mistake biggest kind of uh misconception I've seen in real estate is that it's too much heavy on kind of like generating leads as opposed to also converting the leads into actual customers. I think there was a statistic that about, um, I think it was about 80% of the customers come from the fifth and the 12th contact. But most people kind of focus on only on the front end. So so I definitely, um, get that there. Um, so we got the client first, um, from the organic social media. I think then we started to run run your Facebook advertising. Um, can you tell a little bit more about the the experience you had in terms of the Facebook ads? So what was the time frame in terms of, you know, we started to run the ads. I think it was about the two to three months after we um after we started in the program. And and then we started to running them. Uh what would you say or how would you share the experience in terms of running the paid advertising side of things? Yeah, no, I appreciate that. Um, you know, with that, that was that was really interesting to me because you know, I've done a lot of different, you know, marketing as far as, you know, the big ones, the Zillow's and the realtor.com's and the other stuff that real estate agents do. Um, you know, I've never seen that much of a response, you know, right away. Yeah. I mean, as far as the value, I think the first ad we ran I tracked it. I had, you know, 15 people send wanting to know what their home was worth. Um, the approach that you guys take with the qualifying questions is really strong too because it it has a time frame in there. You know, if they're just curious about a value, uh, you know, it's one thing or if they're, um, you know, if they're more, you know, we're moving in, you know, three, four, five months. So you can kind of like all the follow-up, you can kind of, you know, organize that, you know, for your follow-up program. And uh, but you know, getting it, you got to, you know, it's like all when you got to set up a really, you know, a good system and not just, you know, you got to do it, you know, you got to either call them, you know, some people want to be called, text and email. You know, you got to mix up your your follow-up plan with it. Uh, the the exciting thing with that is is, you know, it's just the material. Everybody wants instant gratification, you know? Uh, but on this it's you're you're getting it again in the beginning. So you got to, you know, it just takes a little while, you know, for like I just took two this week, um, that were both from this platform. And, um, you know, one was, you know, she was about eight months ago, I think when she first came in as a value. Um, and you know, I had a renter in the property and some other things, but it just it just, you know, it's just a longer process with that individual. But yeah, it's it's a good listing and it'll sell and it's a good source of business. So, yeah, does that answer your question? Yeah, definitely. So so kind of like you said there's that a lot of people tend to, you know, they run run Facebook ads for two weeks or one month and, you know, they don't get their first listing and and then they quit. But you know exactly. Yeah, but in reality it's like a long, long process and and the biggest biggest kind of like outputs or the biggest revenue is really coming in the long run. Of course, we want to get the short run ROI to being able to spend on ads, but um, at the same time, the biggest ROI is really coming over the long run. So I think that that's what that's something that that that that you had very naturally in a sense that you always understood that this was always like uh like longer longer term process. So, and do you feel like because obviously we have the listing, you know, lead generation process and in that we have the qualifying questions and you know, the success page and everything else. But do you feel like also the omnipresent strategy is so like, in addition to lead generation, after that getting them to see the strategic posts, do you feel like that also helped in terms of the conversion process? Yes. Uh you're more, um, you know, of course getting your credentials out there, but it's more of an authority, you know what I mean? Um, you're more of um, a person that they want to do business with because they've they've kind of already had it. Does that make sense? It's that that, you know, the relationship, the trust, the knowing you, they've already kind of seeing that. Um, it's it's almost like they kind of know you. So the the rapport part is is kind of already built into that a lot quicker. Um, which, you know, helps the conversion rate, of course. Yeah, absolutely. Because uh a lot of times like you said, a lot of the real estate marketing tends to be very much on the generic side and people kind of tend to forget about, you know, the the personal story of the realtor. And I mean that was something special we did with you where, you know, we looked into your history and looked your past clients, how you helped those people out, and also your personal story. I think we even shared a fishing story. Uh, it got out got got into TV, right? Or Yeah, yeah. It actually, yeah, it uh a friend owed it and we got it on the news. But you know, kind of a past client that that did that and did some free marketing for us and it was there again. So. Yeah. So so that was actually pretty interesting. Yeah, that was nice. You never know where it's going to go. Yeah, precisely. So yeah, and I I think that's ultimately going to reflect back to in terms of the conversions like how many listings you get at the end of the day because I remember, I think it was the statistics that 33% of the listings go based off referrals. So I think like relationships are I think one of the most important things when it comes down to converting them, right? Correct. Yes. Yeah. So I think that's like what a lot of real estate agents out there miss is that they they just look at it as a very like cold number or kind of like just as a as a as a contact. But in reality, it's also important to, you know, nurture them along and and and like you said, think about it as a long-term sale cycle. So, what would you say in terms of the, so right now you've been our client for for about a year. Um, how many so first of all, let's cover a paid advertising. Uh, how much have you or how many listing leads have you generated from that? Have you checked into recently? Oh, I mean, as far as listing leads, um, about 130. 30. Uh is that like the total time or And that's it's more qualified, you know. That's the way I was people that have actually talked to and, you know, qualify a little bit. There's been more than that, but that's what I call actual leads. Got it. So, so you have generated about 130 actual leads. And and from there, I think, let me, because I have the data here as well. Yeah. Um, the total people in the pipeline. I think it was about like I last checked it recently before the interview. I think like in total you have generated about 590, right? Yeah. if I remember, yes. Yeah. So like 590 was the, yeah, I think, uh, yeah, you have 590 like job from submissions. Then 130 of them were actually like qualified people you turning into actual lead. Uh, what would you say, you know, from there, how many listing appointments did you generate? I just go by, you know, closed business on that. Okay. Um, I can really track that number exactly. Um, but right now we're 33, you know, closed transactions. Got it. Okay. I think that was something I I remember as well. You mentioned that, you know, since the last time, I think you said like about seven or eight more closed listings compared to like what we talked about earlier. So I take it so about 20 from from this process or maybe even a little bit more, right? A little more. Because a lot of those, you know, they they purchase as well. Right? Got it. I had one where, you know, um, you know, I sold the mother's home, um, found them another property, the daughter's home. There was four transactions in one. Makes sense. Yeah, that's a good investment. Gotcha. Yeah. Um, ultimately, like right now you've been obviously running the process for for about a year. Um, how do you see yourself as a realtor, you know, implementing because we obviously built the systems already, right? And you've been running them for for a while. How do you see yourself being in the future, you know, two years from here, three years from here? Can you see yourself scaling up these systems and where where you see yourself taking these different things? Oh, you know, probably uh, yeah, scaling it up, of course, you know, Um, not just more, you know, ad spend, but just just more of it. Um, and then, you know, scaling it out to more of my team members as well. Got it. So I mean that's what it's going to take. And I already have two that are uh involved in it now with with the follow-up and and helping with that as well. Because, you know, if you have that on the ground, that foundation, you know what I mean? Um, that that way you the numbers will go up because, you know, more people will be followed up with at the right time and the right consistency. Got it. And I think that's definitely like where I agreed with you where in terms of let's suppose you have a team, you know, and you build up these systems up, I think you can also leverage it for yourself, but probably also for the team, right? So the team members can kind of contribute to the to the process and use this. So that's something we've been noticed ourselves ourselves as well. Uh, what would you say then, like if somebody is a little bit um skeptical or if somebody kind of like on the sidelines and they're wondering if social media is working or, you know, if personal branding works or in terms of if if it's worth well to work together with us, what would you say for a person like that? Because I know a lot of realtors kind of might be skeptical a little bit about using social media. Yeah, I mean it's it's it's here, it's the future and it's it's already it's with everything, right? It's not just real estate. You know, and you know, any other kind of social media, any kind of other marketing, be it contractors, anybody else now. It's all there as well, you know. And that's that's just the way business is going to be in the future. You know, from initial contact. Of course, you're going to meet with them later and do everything else. But uh it's it's already here. So, you got to get with it, you know. And I know a lot of people don't like the the change in the way it's going, but uh you you got to stay up with that or you're going to get passed up. Yeah, definitely. Yeah. Yeah. Because that's what I what I what I hear a lot of real estate agents say as well is that, you know, they've been in the business for a long periods of time and uh, you know, they they tried to use social media, but they they haven't been actually being able to get business results. And and quite often people might uh might think that they're not like tech savvy enough or that they have to be like very like computer science or something like that. But even even with you, after we work with you through a process and personally help you out with setting these systems, you know, you you have been able to definitely implement them and at a at a very high level. And so what would you say to a person like that who is a little bit unsure about if they're going to implement it technically. Let's say they're a little bit older or haven't been kind of grown up into social media. What would you say to them? Well, I'd say, you know, I was, you know, I'm the worst candidate on that and you guys helped me wonderfully. So, I mean, you're going to, you know, your support's really good. You guys take it through the initial process. Um, you know, you just have to, you know, slowly, you know, get into it like learning anything else. But uh, um, I mean the system's there, that's the key. You know, you guys have the system, um, where it's just, you know, following instructions, of course, you know, input and certain times and, um, so there really isn't a lot of that, um, you know, input wise, um, and a lot of that can be, you know, if you they can hire that out as well, you know, you know, there's virtual assistants out there that are really reasonable. People need the help for those kind of things, you know, or they're hiring somebody in their office or whatever, there's there's solutions there if they don't want to do a lot of that work. Yeah, definitely. Because that's like one of the one of the those misconceptions realtors kind of a lot of the times have is that they think they need to have all that technology and it's all about technology. But really, at the end of the day, once those systems are built out into your business, you know, you're able to follow them just like you do anything, right? Check your email or or anything like that. And so when you can get help with actually setting up the systems and, you know, just the person like, okay, well, let's do this and this, at the end of the day, once they're set up, it's it's really not that hard, it's really really doable virtually for virtually for anybody to to run these things. So, quite quite a lot of the times what actually needs to come from the realtor is then like building up these relationships and closing on their properties. Right. Exactly. So so that's what I noticed myself myself there as well. Um, what about in terms of the, you know, financial investment to to to work with a company where, you know, we we look at the personal branding, we look at the setting up the systems. What would you say to somebody who's a little bit skeptical in terms of investing financial resources behind first of all, the expert help, but then also then let's say even Facebook advertising and investing in those social media ads. Yeah. I mean, as far as that, like I said, I've worked with other companies in the past, um, but it's, you know, they either have one part of it, you know what I mean? You know, they either have like the education part, but they don't have the performance part like you guys, you know what I mean? You guys have the, you know, have the whole system down. So, um, you know, that's that's the biggest thing I say, you know. Got it. And it doesn't take a lot of your time and it's it's efficient and, you know, and that's what you want. And it's not and that's what those other a lot of those other systems were lacking because, you know, it was just kind of just one little set program, you know, didn't either have the organic side, uh, didn't have the paid Facebook side or or just one or the other, you know, or just one template, you know what I mean? Yeah. And then, you know, and and putting it all together like you guys do with education and, you know, at first, you know, you're thinking when you're when you're starting with you guys, you know, there's there's some work on the front end, but that's I mean, that's the key with it though. I mean, that's how you get the result and get it where it'll really work for you instead of just, you know, throwing out just an ad like some of the other people do either on a property or whatever like that. And, um, and you don't get the the numbers, the result. Yeah, definitely. And that's also what I've seen myself quite often times as well is that people might purchase like one one content tool or they might purchase say just Facebook ads. So somebody just runs the Facebook ads like for them and they don't really understand like the total systems, the time frames, the the financial size, the numbers or or the other pieces, organic social media or or the other ones. And really the ad management too, you know, what kind of ads they're actually getting running and how do they actually managed to. Right. So, so I believe that's like one of the biggest misconceptions is that people purchase, you know, different tools, different little little pieces, but in reality, it's about the holistic process and how how everything really really works out. Okay, awesome. So, looking forward to seeing you succeed even more. Getting even more houses. Uh, what would you like to to say to the to to end the conversation, what would be your last thoughts on the on the process? Well, like you, you kind of mentioned it there to answer your question more. I mean, for, you know, what I feel for the investment to work with you guys, you know, it's it's 10 times worth it. You know, you've been great to work with your customer service is good. I'm not getting paid to say any of this. Um, follow-up is really good. If you are reading Nousu marketing reviews, this is true. Um, you know, and and the key is, you know, for the whole program, you know, for what you guys, you know, charge for that and everything else. I think it's a great value and it works. So. Okay, we're here with Valma, one of our clients and uh today's video we want to go over a little bit about our journey together and working together. So, Valma, great to have you here. Thank you, great to be here, Pasi. Awesome. All right, tell me a little bit about uh the back story like, okay, we got started to work together, right? But what about what happened before that? Can you tell me a little bit more about like what you tried before and uh what was your kind of situation before you heard about Nousu in the first place? I started real estate back in uh 2008 when I first got my license. And uh door knocking, uh email campaigns, mail outs, you name it, Pasi, I have done it to get clients. Sphere of influence type thing. And what I always found with that is being a younger agent in terms of an experience, like you there was never enough business like uh throughout my year. Like, I've had $30,000 years. I've had $50,000 years, you know, very low uh income years. And as a result of that, I mean, real estate is a very expensive profession. You have to be able to pay your bills, or you should not be in it because all you're doing is you're spinning wheels. You're not going anywhere, you're not doing anything. And and then, you know, you're you're told that, okay, so your first year, you know, it's just the beginning. Second year's going to be better. Third year's going to be better. You're supposed to to see this increase. I didn't see the increase, and I worked very, very hard to get the increase. So again, more door knocking, more doing doing mail outs, email things, we drive the grocery store, give out five business cards, you know, like, did all of those things, went into my brokerage, whereby they were doing coaching. But it all amounted to frustration for me at the end of the day because I wasn't making enough money to sustain my family, first of all. And I certainly wasn't making enough money to pay my bills. So as a result, I mean, I was a burden to my family really, in many ways because I just wasn't making it. And that was not why I went into real estate. I went into real estate to support my family, to help my family, to make a better life for us. So as a result of all that, I tried many things throughout the years. And at one point, I did come in contact with somebody that were doing Facebook ads and things like that back in 2014. So I was introduced to Facebook ads, but it didn't really work out because I was doing $5 a day. You know, I was told to do $5 a day type thing. Well, that brought me leads, it brought me very poor quality leads. So as you know, you're not going to continue doing, you know, what you think is going to bring you business, if it's not bringing you business, that that's the definition of insanity, right? Yeah, absolutely. So you got to get off the insanity wheel. So, Pasi, I've always been one researching, trying to uh be always on the cutting edge of of what uh, you know, a real estate business really looks like. Cuz up to this point, I really didn't know what a real estate business looked like. I had my few months of the year where I made money, but I mean, at $100,000 or less, you're not really making money. You're only paying your bills and you're spinning wheels. So, always I was always looking for that thing that could help me and take me to the next level, always doing research, always making sure that, you know, I was well educated in terms of the latest tools. So, as a result of that, YouTube has become my best friend. So, you know, um, always on YouTube looking for, you know, Googling different things, you know, the best CMA, the best ads, the best this, the best that. And I think the day that I came across you, Pasi, I I Googled in the best ads for real estate 2023 or something like that. And then I came across you. And I listened. And then I listened again. I thought, oh my God, there's there has to be something here. There's something different here. So, after listening a few times, I decided to reach out and here I am. Awesome, sounds good. Well, yeah, there's like a lot of things to that you told right there that definitely makes sense. So, uh, first one was like the the point that you made about, okay, real estate agents get started because they want to build a certain like lifestyle or a certain like income level. And they get told that, okay, it's always going to get better, you know, the more longer you are in the real estate, right? But uh, having said that, okay, sure, you do start to get some more business as far as referrals, things like this. But at the end of the day, you're not going to get those big jumps unless you do something different as far as like your marketing, your actual ways of generating clients. So, that definitely makes a lot of sense. Uh, you told a little bit about, uh, kind of like these things, okay, door knocking, emails, uh, things like that, uh, and then also about the the Facebook ads. So, you tried out, okay, as a result, you know, it's okay, door knocking, emails, mail outs, these types of things work to a certain level, right? But they're not going to get you to really that point where you wanted to go, right? So, with the Facebook ads you tried out, uh, how were those different from the things that you're doing right now, having gone through the program, having gone through these materials, what would you say like is the main difference between these two strategies? Right now, you're running, I think mainly, mostly like YouTube ads, right? You have the nurturing campaign, omnipresence, these types of things. Like, what type of difference do you see between this, uh, that you tried before and then this strategy for strategic personal branding that you're running right now? Content. Content, there's a major difference in content. Real estate agents, uh, I'm not sure what it is, maybe it's a brainwashing of some sort. But you're in you're in the now thinking, well, buy this house, sell this house. You're putting out about houses. You're really not thinking about the market in terms of what the seller is wanting. The language, the wording of the ads is completely different. I'm not selling anything. I'm giving information. You know, I'm saying, hey, St. John's homeowners, have you thought about this? Or, you know, if you're selling your house at this time in this market, these are the things you can expect. So, it's a totally different vibe, totally different content, and the strategy is different. I mean, my ad spend is much higher. So, the leads are much better leads. They're better quality leads. And I, you know, I have leads right now. I have listings right now, I should say that I have booked from January, right up until uh June. So, with people at different stages of the process of listing. Right? So, we have people that were ready immediately in January. We have people that were ready immediately in February. I have people that are ready immediately in March. So on and so forth. But I also have people that are saying, oh no, no, no, I'm going to wait for the better weather. I'm going to wait for this, I'm going to wait for that, right? So, as a result of that, I have in my funnel, I have a consistent, you know, lead, seller's leads and listings in my funnel. I have never had that, Pasi. Never have I had that. I've had to struggle to get one or two up to June, whereby I can look at my months and say, this one is being listed on this date and this date. And I have confirmed this with the sellers. Awesome. And And what's happening as well now is that I'm getting people from the community, the public at large, that are calling me, saying Valma, me and my wife are thinking about selling our house. We'd like for you to come in. I had two calls like that this week. They're not coming in through JotForm and my lead system. They're picking up the phone and calling me. And I and one of the houses is going on the market on Wednesday. And that one is a $450,000 house. We cannot look a little bit about with the ROI, right? Okay, so you spend money on the advertising, right? But what do you get in return? You had a pretty exceptional result. Uh, I believe you had like $700 spent, right? And then you already did like four uh, six listing appointments and four listing agreements on that. Yes. First first initial kind of uh month. And what is like one listing, what would you say it's worth to you on on average? My one listing, in terms of my commission, my one listing is worth uh $8,000. That's the average. $8,000, right? $8,000 in term of commission. That is my commission, right? So, in my market, the average home is around 350, you know, around there, anywhere from the $335 to the $350 range. So, but what I am getting, Pasi, is not that price range. I'm getting the 400 plus. I'm getting a $600,000 home. I put up a home a week ago, $995,000 that came out of the system. So, I am getting that upper range in terms of of listings. And I think what's happening there is that they see me. I'm showing up in their YouTube. I'm showing up in their Facebook. You know, they've told me this cuz I always ask. I say, how did you find me? Cuz before this, they couldn't find me. Right? So, how did you find me? Well, you keep showing up in my Facebook. You're showing up in YouTube. So, you know, they're looking at me as a voice of authority. I'm coming across with as someone an agent with with credibility. Yeah, that's actually interesting find that, okay, well, okay, we we get a listings. So you got an awesome result, right? You spend $700 and you got four listing agreements, right? And that's already like, we're talking about $32,000 on average. And you said that it's even higher. So, that's like an ROI that most realtors like they they can't even realize it's possible, right? To spend 1,000 and get like $30,000, $40,000 back. That's a 30, 40 X ROI. For most people who are doing, let's say, Zillow or Realtor.com leads or any of these lead generation things, they're happy with like 3X ROI. They spend a dollar, they get three times back, right? So, you obviously had a very, very good result. But the interesting thing about it is that now that you change the content, you change the way you actually do the marketing, that has also attracted even like higher price range, because then the sellers, they can see that, right? You have the video, it's well done. They realize that, okay, well, this is the type of marketing this person does for themselves, right? So, they will also do similar marketing to my listing, my house, right? So, that is very, very interesting kind of find cuz we didn't think at the beginning, right? We that was not our main attention. We just want to get you listings, right? But as a side result, that kind of came to be as well. So, yeah, that's that's definitely interesting. Um, and then what would you say like, if you were sort of explain the process for like a realtor that has never done social media marketing like this before, how would you kind of explain it like, how does a person go from like a stranger in your local area that doesn't know who you are? How do they become a listing appointment? How do they become a listing agreement? I think that uh in as a realtor, this day and age in 2024, if you're not in the social media scene, you're not doing business. That's just the way it is. You have to be highly visible on social media. Not all platforms, cuz as you know, Pasi, my two major platforms are Facebook and YouTube. I love YouTube. YouTube, you know, is is if I get a lead on YouTube, I can guarantee you I will get a listing. You know, it seems to be a higher return result in that. So, if if realtors are not doing social media, not willing to put out the money, then they are going to be severely handicapped. They're going to be lacking, they're going to be frustrated. It's kind of like, you know, the saying, I don't have any money because I can't spend any money, and I can't spend any money because I don't have any money, you know? Right? And that becomes a rat wheel. That becomes a wheel that you die on. Because you'll never get ahead. So, I think at some point in time, as I had to come to the conclusion, I'm going to do this. So, if it takes $4,000 a month, that's what I'm doing. And I made up my mind that that's what I was doing. And so, when I bought into your program and the support that you and Eeli have given me is is extraordinary, you know, that is the best investment I ever did for myself and for my business. Awesome. Sounds really good. And then what would you say? Cuz some a lot of real estate agents kind of struggle with the idea of creating videos, right? For a lot of people that's like one of those things that's really, really hard to overcome. So, a lot of people are, okay, I want to do social media, right? But I'm afraid to kind of kind of how you said, right? Put myself out there, like create videos or create content in general. Uh, what would you say like, how did you overcome that, or did you ever have that feeling at the beginning maybe or before you get started? And how were you able to kind of overcome that fear of, you know, other people judging you or, you know, commenting negative things or things like that? Video is is a different beast. And no one likes to see themselves or hear themselves. Let's face it, Pasi. We don't. Yeah, that's right. Absolutely in the beginning, we're so critical of ourselves, you know, our eyes are not right, or our nose is, you know, the things, right? So, you have to come to the conclusion that video at the end of that video, there's going to be $10,000. So, if you came to me and said, Valma, you do a video for me, and I'll pay you $10,000. I wouldn't mind doing that video, would I? Yes. That's exactly what is happening. You put the video out there. At the end of the video, it's $10,000. And that is been my experience. For example, I just put up a listing in February, 29 Pinware again came out of our system. And uh, so, I put it up. It wasn't doing that great. I wasn't getting enough traction, so I thought. So, I did a video, I did a house video about a minute or so. And uh again, was put on YouTube in a YouTube ad a week ago. So, a week ago on Monday, so I have three three prospect buyers, probably now multiple bids. This morning, I received a schedule A offer on it. So, like, you know, and I have been bombarded with appointments for a week on that house. Two or three appointments a day. So, at the end of that video is $10,000 for me. So, the video cost me $200 to make. It cost me $200 in ad spend. But Pasi, I'm going to get $10,000. It's a no-brainer, isn't it? I agree. I agree. That's what I always like when I talk to real estate agents, right? They think about social media, right? That comes up where people are like a little afraid to to do content or or or do videos, right? That's what I always explain as well, like, okay, I I get that it's a little scary, right? But if you got a listing, if you got a transaction, right, how much would it be worth to you? And that's where like a lot of people would kind of click that, okay, well, I start doing these things, I start doing videos, I start doing these things, I get a result at the end of it. I get a listing, I get a transaction going. It's $10,000, it's $20,000, right? So, uh, I I get that like for most people that they haven't done that before, it feels like a scary idea, but with the right guidance, virtually anybody can do content. Anybody can do video, right? They just got to have like the right step and and the right support. So, so that definitely makes sense. That's like exactly what I also kind of always say say to real estate agents. Um, what would you say, okay, so you started with the program, right? Now, I believe you have completed almost the the full program, right? Having worked with us. So, what has been like the concret If you were to add it all up, what has been the end result you've seen in total transactions, total leads, total uh listing appointments, uh ballpark number, what would you say how much has those things, the end results been increasing after that? Oh my gosh, I would think, well, I I guess I can give a great example. In 2022, before the program, cuz I I think that we met in March of 2023. So, 2022, I made $58,000. That's what I made. So, we we I we were introduced together in March of 2023. We really didn't launch our first campaign, Pasi, before the middle of June of 2023. It took me that long to get through some things. Yes. So, the end of 2023, my gross commissions were $157,000. That's three times. So, you got three times higher uh GCI as a result of that. So, that's that's really good. For three times business, that's an amazing result. And what would you say, okay, so we started the campaigns only in middle of June, right? So, uh, what would you say like, first month, well, how many listings, how many listing appointments did you get and leads on on that first month? Well, that first month, now, I should have looked at my stats. That first month, uh, well, uh, you take Pinware and uh Dolls Road, uh, McBeth. McBeth, I put McBeth up, was sold within eight hours. That came out of the system. And uh, and now, uh, so there was three listings right away that I put up in January. Right? So, and one sold within eight hours, remember. So, you know, and now, like, you know, I still have those three. And today, I'm putting up another one. Well, that happened in February. Well, this is March, but it happened in February. So, you know, and then my list, I mean, my calendar in my in my calendar, I have a list of, you know, listings that are going to be going up each month. On Friday, Friday past, I had three in-house CMAs that came out of our system. Awesome. And this Thursday, I'm going out to visit one uh that I talked with on Friday as well. And that listing is a $600,000 listing. And they're ready to list now. So, my week is absolutely full. People look at me and say, you know, you need to do this or you need whatever. I said, who got time for that? And I make a joke of it. Who has time for that? I have no time. Between doing CMAs and between answering calls and making calls and doing in-house uh appointments, Pasi, my calendar is full. Absolutely full. And for the first time since 2008, I feel like I have a business. So, you feel like kind of like really the the whole structure has really kind of changed, right? Cuz you even mentioned at the beginning, right, there was no, let's say, consistency, right? You didn't necessarily know where the next client would come from. But now, you feel like as a result, okay, you know that you have a marketing system, something that actually you put in resources here, you get listings on the other end here. You feel like that has actually created like a solid, predictable business that's even like more fun, I can imagine more like fun to run as well, right? Cuz you know, okay, I do this, I get this in the end, right? Absolutely, like every day, every day, you know, there are new people contacting me. And those people are like three to five, or two to three, right? Two to three people, three to five people. And uh you always, look, I've said to I've said to my family, you know, I'm really not worried, like, not worried about anything anymore in terms of my business because the the the uh the business is there. And as a result, for example, as a realtor, if you have one listing, Pasi, and something happens on closing day and that doesn't close, that's devastation. Oh my God, I've been there. That is just a awful place to be. But if you have five listings that are closing on one day, or in two weeks and you lose one, it doesn't hurt. Yeah, I get exactly what you mean. Right? So, I get up every day and I see where I have income, I have future income, I have current income, and I've had past income because of the system, right? And I just want to take a moment to talk about the videos, a point that I missed there when we were talking about the video. Uh, you are going to get criticized when you do a video. You are going to get haters. You absolutely are and you're going to get some very unkind comments. But that's part of the course. Yes. However, as Pasi uh reminded me when I was going through that, he said, it doesn't matter if your video was perfect, it's you would still get criticized and get criticism and negative comments. And I think that that is our world anyway. That's daily life. Not everything in our lives is always positive or smooth, is it? Yes. But the other thing that I've come to realize is those videos, they couldn't have been too bad, Pasi, because Eeli text me last week and said, you've had 780,000 views on your ads since our campaign started in January. He said, you're so known in the street. So, someone's watching it. Yes. Obviously, yeah. Yeah, if you have like, kind of how we discussed, like the biggest thing most people are afraid of, right, is somebody leaving a bad comment, right, or something like that. But the key thing to understand is, okay, if you have 700,000 people seeing a video from you, right? Most people, 90% of them are going to be neutral about it. Like, they're not going to like be either positive, super negative, whatever, right? They're just going to see the video and just that's it, right? 5% of people will be are going to be like fans. They're going to be like, oh my God, Valma is the best thing ever, right? I love Valma, I'm going to become a lead, I'm going to do a listing appointment, I'm going to do a transaction, right? And then maybe another 5%, right? Or probably less than that, more like 3% of people, they're going to be more like, could be like comments or something like that. But the key thing to understand about that is like, nothing to do with you, right? It's not because you said something. It's just that somebody may just have like a bad day or whatever. But you have 700 people, thousand people seeing a video, right? So, that's like the key thing to realize about uh that, right? And then at the end of the day, right, if you have those people that become our leads, become our clients, they do business with us, they make us referrals, that's all going to be worth well to you. So, that definitely I agree with that totally. But yeah, going back to what you mentioned about the leads, uh and having that system, having that predictability, having the consistency, uh exactly what you said about the abundance piece, when you get a lot of a lot of people coming in, a lot of leads coming in, a lot of listing appointments coming in, uh like you're going to get into more like like abundance, kind of like state where you have people coming in and it's also like more fun to run the business. So, definitely agree with that. But uh, okay, having said that, so you had $58,000 2022. Now, it went up to $157,000 uh last year, right? And you started the campaign essentially in the middle of June. Uh, and now we are in 2024. Valma, what would you say is your goal for 2024? How how much do you see yourself doing this year? I see myself doing at least three $300,000. Because I think we're on target with that. In terms of uh what I have in my funnel at the moment, in in terms of uh what I currently have and what I uh what my future uh listings are, I'll be very surprised, Pasi, if we don't do 300 plus. I agree. I agree. And that's the thing about this too, right? We only started the campaign in the middle of June 2023. That was only like basically five and a half months, right? And already spiked up like from 58 to 157. And then these things, sure, kind of how we talked, right? You got immediate listings, immediate, like on the first month, I believe you had like three or four listings coming in right away, right? But it takes time to kind of sell those houses, right? It still takes time for some people to come in. They become a lead, right? There's some people that do it right away, but there's a big majority of people that do it later, right? So, in fact, the beauty of personal branding, what I've seen personally from working with our clients, is that all these things kind of compound, right? So, if you have 700,000 people see you last year, right, or or January, right? Like, those people will be the same people, right? They're not going anywhere. They're still there. So, when they're ready to sell, right, they're remember, oh, Valma, cuz because on the back end, we have the omnipresence and the nurturing process. Uh, in place, so you can keep keep top of mind with them. So, uh, definitely I agree with that totally. So, $300,000 is definitely realistic. Even even $400,000, I mean, that's could be doable as well. So. It's realistic. For sure. What would you say, uh, like the last question for you is uh, okay, as as far as like the soft results, okay, people recognizing you, or maybe if you go through the listing appointment, right? Maybe the impressions or kind of conversations you have, has there been any sort of like difference in terms of like those soft things happening as far as like compared to before, to door knocking or mailers or the ads that you run before, right? These types of personal branding approach to the marketing, have you seen any sort of results or differences in terms of how people actually interact with you on that when you call the lead or when you go to that listing appointment? Biggest difference is in me, Pasi, cuz I'm going in with confidence. As an agent that's out door knocking and sending out mailers and doing cold calls and things like that, you're on the other end of the spectrum. You're like, you're begging for business. Like, you almost got to sign, put across you, hire me, hire me, hire me, right? But when you have people coming to you, then, you know, that's a little different. They want you. They recognize you. They know you are are a voice of authority, you know, and you have credibility with them. So, when I go into a listening appointment right now, I'm going in with confidence. And I've said, I said this to one of the couples that I'm putting their house up tomorrow. Uh, they wanted to interview me. They brought in three other agents and they wanted to interview me. So, of course, I've got the listing. And uh, and I said to them, I said, it's, you know, it was all nice and well. But I said, you are not only interviewing me. I'm interviewing you. That's the difference, Pasi, right there. I get to pick and choose now who I'm going to work with. And if I see someone that's going to be problematic for me and and is going to cause me a lot of upset or take more time than I have to give them, I'm going to to refer them to an agent that maybe is not doing so well. That's the difference. The difference is in me. Yeah, that's that's powerful. Again, going back to that abundance piece, right? Like, when you have the marketing system, when you have those things, when you know where your next client is going to come from, right? You have that, you know that, okay, you're going to do this, you're going to get a client, right? So, if there is a client that's not a good fit, right, or just not good in in general, like, you don't have to work with those types of people. You can work with the type of people that you want cuz you have the power to do that when you have that profitability in place. So, definitely makes sense. Okay, yeah, very good interview, Valma. Uh, any other last thoughts, anything else you want to add to this? Yeah, I think that uh in our group, in our accelerator group on Facebook, people have have read my story and things like that. And they've reached out to me. And one of the things that I would really like to say to people is, you know, don't be afraid of the system. Don't be afraid to spend the money. You know, in spending money, you will embark upon a journey of success. And eventually, you know, your money is going to make more money for you. It's the first investment that hurts the most, I guess, Pasi. But after that, you know, it's a reoccurring investment. It creates its own money and things are not as big a struggle or scary for that matter. Yeah, for sure. Yeah, I agree with you totally, especially when it comes down to to advertising. When you know you have a system that works, right, then you just put in the gas and really start spending more. But to do that, right, it's it's key to have that system, it's key to have that tracking, key to have those things we kind of have built with you too. So that now we know at least, okay, we do this, right, we'll get this at the end. So, that definitely makes sense. Awesome. Well, yeah, thank you for the interview, Valma. Like, I said to Eeli this past week, I said, Eeli, anyone in my market or anyone in my in Newfoundland, like, you guys are light years ahead. You're light years ahead of anything that any other uh agency or marketing or anything like that could ever possibly do.

Hey, everyone. It's Pasi, and in this video, we're interviewing one of our clients, so his name is Zach, and he's a realtor in Harrisonburg, Virginia. So, Zach's been our client a little bit over a year right now. He's been in our program for longer periods of time, and I wanted to shoot this interview to, like, ask for his experience and also for him to be able to share some of the insights he's had from working with us and uh, really from building up his personal brand as a realtor. So, uh, Zach, hey, how's it going? How's it going in Harrisonburg? Hey, it's going very well. Thanks for having me. Uh, looking forward to our interview. Okay. Awesome. So, yeah, you've been our client for about two and a half uh, sorry, a little bit more, more than that actually. So, you've been our client for for over a year now. Um, so what most realtors are interested in first is how many transactions have you generated? How many, how much business are you generating on a on a uh yearly basis right now? Specifically from social media. Sure. So, social media has impacted my business to have about two million, two and a half million more in sales that I would not have had otherwise. And that's been consistent over the last two years. Nice. And when you started to work with us, uh what was your situation like back a year, a year ago, a little bit more than that when you started to work with us, how many transactions were you generating then from social media? Um, I was maybe about a five, six million dollar real estate agent in our market, which is within the top percent of, top 10 percent of agents here. Um, so 30, 30 transactions a year, 25 to 30. So, adding another two and a half million uh was a real difference maker. Got you. So, so you added around 50% more business to to the previous one, right? Yes, that's right. Yeah. Nice. Nice. And uh with that, so when you got started to work with us, what kind of things did you do before on social media? What did you try before working with us? Sure. So, I'm a member of a team of eight agents and so we will share leads amongst us. Uh, you know, something that's maybe can't be picked up because of a busy schedule. And that often announce, of course, we'll have a referral fee and that kind of thing along with that. So, not making full commission on that. Um, also Zillow share uh Zillow leads at the time as well. It's just a team-based and uh, so we all kind of pay into Zillow uh formula as well, which we're actually no longer doing. Uh but previously, that's kind of what we did. Uh, to generate clients, you know, we newsletter go out once a month. Um, and then also just sort of word of mouth and normal prospecting items like sending out mailers or doing some local advertising. Things that you sort of just have to guess at and uh, you can't quite tally how much is coming from what area because it's just some somewhat impossible to know. Uh, so that's kind of what led me to you guys. Got it. And and you mentioned that you're no longer doing any Zillow marketing, right? That's right. We do uh, the only thing that I do on there is organic, uh just asking people to write a review after they me, which, um, actually generates some leads on its own organically. But beyond that, I'm not paying for any Zillow leads at this point. Got it. Okay. Uh, what was the reason you decided to cut off the Zillow? Cuz that's what I've hearing like a lot of real estate, I was actually just on a sales call before this interview, and the the same thing happened there. The realtor was saying they're spending about $3,000 per month uh on Zillow leads, and they're cutting it off now, trying to go through social media. So, what was the reason you decided to do that as well? Yeah, it's a major expense. Um, and over the course of a year, our team as a whole would spend anywhere from 20 to $25,000 for these leads. And the quality of the leads are just sometimes it's a great, you know, great goes somewhere right away and you get a great transaction. But those are pretty rare. I'd say maybe you're closing one out of 10 leads, um, or maybe even less with something like that. Um, and then the rest are sort of warm leads or really not qualified to buy. Uh, and very rarely do seller leads come through Zillow. And so that was one major reason I decided not to pursue Zillow for leads anymore is because I'm really trying to target sellers and listings for my business. Um, still helping buyers, of course, those who I sell their homes. Uh but Zillow just doesn't seem to really, uh provide quality, vetted leads for the types that I'm looking for. Got it. Yeah, and that's what I've noticed myself is also the cost to the ROI. So, uh, I was on a call myself here, uh, I think the the the person was generating also leads from Zillow, but they were spending around $400 per one lead. Um, now since you are obviously doing social media yourself, what uh, how have you seen also improvement in that? So, how many leads are you getting on a monthly basis? For the money that you spend. Well, yeah, I would say on a monthly basis, um, actual, like, leads that I can qualify, follow up with, and actually have a conversation to, maybe about a dozen or so that are quality leads. Those don't always turn into a transaction right away, but they're certainly better nurture leads than the random person clicking on a Zillow, uh, button. Yeah. Definitely. So, uh, with that, so when we got started to work together with you, can you tell me a little bit more about that experience? Uh, so can you tell me like how we got started, where you got started off with, what were your, was your initial kind of like, uh, uh, place that we started off from to build up the social media brand and the to build up these systems? Sure. Yeah. Um, you know, back I guess it was around I don't know, I think it was about this time two years ago that I started thinking about really wanting to focus on social media. Um, I just had been sort of guessing at what to post. Since then, I had a Facebook account that, you know, everyone kind of has a Facebook, and, uh, I really didn't spend any time on LinkedIn or Instagram or really know the value of those two platforms. Um, and so I had seen other realtors post some things here and there, you know, a link to an article about real estate or some local stats or uh listing that's for sale or uh a house was recently sold that we, you know, closed on or something like that. And I just kind of was realizing, you know, I feel like I can do this better. I'm not getting any results from this. I'm not really getting engagement from my audience. Uh the way that I would like to. I'm not sure if this is helping. And uh, and so I guess Facebook algorithms knew I was interested in some sort of lead generating, uh, social media equivalent, um, help, and so your ad, one of your ads came up in my Facebook feed, which I clicked on. I I don't remember which one. Um, but it led me to a website with a video presentation that you had done there. And so I actually started reading some Nousu marketing reviews to see what it was about. Just sort of a sales pitch and talking about how you guys approach, um, developing social media for a realtor and then can go from there. And so what I was attracted to was the fact that it really wasn't a pay to play type of program. It was more of a we're going to coach you and develop a skill so that this can last forever, as long as you want to put it to good use. And it will produce leads for you, and not just any ordinary lead that can just click on a button asking for more information, but actually a lead that is probably qualified and a type of person that you want to work with. And so that really attracted me to you guys initially. Um, that and also just the at at that time the program was very in-depth in coaching as well. And, uh, just very gave gave a lot of really, really solid information on how to develop a personal brand, how to really, um, showcase myself and my business the way that I want to be viewed and be understood, so that I can attract the people that I naturally click with. So, all those things were just really good factors for me wanting to zero in on you guys. And so far, it's been really, really helpful. Yeah, definitely. And uh, something like I've noticed myself, like, looking at your social media, looking at your your content is that you you really like double down on that fact where you're attracting the people who you're clicking with. Cuz a lot of realtors, what they do with their social media content as an example, is that they automate it or they like to use an example virtual assistant who does the content for them. But you specifically, you double down on creating the content yourself. Um, what was the reasoning behind that? Why did you decide to double down on this as an example, say using an automated solution or or something like that? I just knew that I needed to have a consistent voice. Um, you know, my my history in, um, in my education has actually been theater. And so I've had a lot of education in how to study people as in order to become an actor. And, uh, I didn't go down that career path, but in so doing, I I've learned how people interact with each other and been able to understand that there's a certain value to having a consistent message and a consistent voice. If I was to hire someone else, um, to be an assistant, it would need to be a personal assistant who knows me well. Um, and even then, I'd be very wary of doing something like that because any inconsistency in my voice, an audience will pick up on. People are smart. They're going to know who it is talking and who it isn't. If it's an automated or virtual assistant, uh, they're going to know, they're going to click away, they're not going to be interested. It's it's not personal. It's not me. And so that's really why I wanted to double down was to just stay consistent with my voice, let people see who I am, so that they can choose to work with me. And not me fishing for them to try and bait them and come work with me. Yeah, precisely. And uh, like the reason why most realtors though like use an automated service or use a virtual assistant is quite a lot of times they say that creating content takes a lot of their time. So that they think that they need to be like, you know, five hours per day or 10 hours per day on social media or something like that. But realistically, like, on a weekly basis, what would you say, how much time are you spending on creating the content? Yeah, it would depend, um, on the content that I'm creating, you know, um, but I I'd like to spend I usually spend about an hour a day on content creation. And that's not use put in use in the same day. So, I'll maybe create content three, four, five days in advance and have a nice running stream there ready to go. So that if I want to go on holiday or something, it's already there to just sort of plug in. Takes me a couple minutes to make my post at a certain time of day, no matter where I am. I can do it from my mobile phone. So, really, it's just a matter of maintaining a schedule, being consistent, putting in the work and, um, and really focusing in on the key things that I want people to know about me. Yeah, precisely. And uh, you know, before you were spending that time on social media, uh, did you spend example time on on calling people or or things like that, right? That's right. Yeah. And, you know, I still do, will call people, you know, occasionally from leads that I get or connect with them via text message. But there's a big difference between a cold lead and a warm lead, and a hot lead. And I'm finding that when I'm talking with people I've connected with over social media, it's as if they already know me. And so there's a very good warmness and a connection already established there that really puts me in an advantage, um, when converting that person into a sale. Yeah, precisely. So, it really boils down into kind of like making that strategic decision where you prioritized content creation over any other activity you could have done at that time, right? Yeah, exactly. I mean, if I'm if I'm going to, you know, uh stuff a bunch of envelopes and send them to communities and, you know, looking for people to sell their house, saying I have a buyer interested or what it is, whatever it is. Um, you know, that's that's a lot of time that I could actually spend sitting and writing and promoting myself in a way that is really well-received and able to connect with. So, and I find that has a much broader reach or a much further reach in the local community than sending letters, for example, to one neighborhood where maybe if I'm lucky by the third or fourth round of doing that, I'll have somebody call me. Yeah, yeah, precisely. So, that's what I've noticed myself as well, like, a lot of the times, let's say somebody is kind of like hesitant to do the content. They might already be doing say five hours per day of cold calling or prospecting. So, boiling it down, they might already spend say, you know, 60 hours per week on cold calling. So, it's kind of boiling down on the on the fact of realizing the the value of social media and putting in like you said, one hour per day, so about five hours per week into it. So, which is going to allow you again, like you said, to attract those people you're actually clicking with. So, uh, 100% agree with you there. Something else I I would say too on that is that it really becomes second nature as you as you get into the groove. You know, just like anything else, um, and I I think I remember this from early on when we spoke, uh developing the content just it's kind of like riding a bike. Like once you once you go through the hard part of learning how to pedal and steer and keep your balance, it's nothing to it after that. And so getting the photos, you know, taking pictures, creating Facebook stories, Instagram stories, and then just sitting down and doing some raw writing. Once it's integrated into your schedule, it's really not even a a thought or a worry about, man, I'm spending too much time on this or I should be doing something else. It just it just becomes part of your life. And so it's really that that whole scary part of, wow, I have to commit so much time to this, just fades away after about a month. So, that was really reassuring and helpful as well. Yeah, definitely. And uh, you know, obviously what what I've noticed from your content is quite often gets a lot of engagement, and uh we actually use some of your posts, for example, in the as a modeling post from some of our clients. Uh, what would you say for somebody who's, you know, not done that much content or maybe they have tried out to do content, they haven't been that successful with it, uh, what would you say to them like, what kind of content specifically should a realtor create on their social media? I would say it all kind of boils down to what they would like their their audience to perceive about them. And so developing a personal branding, um, pro forma if you want to think of it that way, or some key points you want people to know about you, and then just having a free personal almost a journal entry about what those things are or various pieces to those things. Uh, is really a great way to start. And that's kind of how I think of it is just sort of like writing in a journal. Um, you know, or sitting down and talking with someone and having a cup of coffee and just speaking that way or writing that way, Um, and just being very, very aware of what what's something that they can learn from me or something I can teach something someone that's valuable to anyone. And a lot of times a personal story does the trick. People really engage well when they have something they can relate to. And a lot of times that means sharing something that's vulnerable in your life that you might not always want to share with the general public. And so you have to use some of your own judgment on that. Um, and then just really honing in and creating a consistency with those messages, I think teaches people who you are. Um, and so I don't know if I'm talking too much about that, Pasi, but that's that's really a key I think is just keeping everything to a strict message about who you are, and then just having a personal voice, um, and being vulnerable. So, my my best engaged posts have been the ones where I share about things like a divorce I had in my past. We talk about my kids, um, and maybe tying it into real estate or just mentioning that I'm a realtor here and there, um, you know, people aren't interested always in knowing what house I have for sale this week or, you know, or or next week or which one I just closed on. They they'd rather learn more about who is this guy, you know, what what's he built from? Um, what what's his life like, and why would I be interested in him? And then they just kind of naturally think of me when it's time to sell their house or want to buy another one. Yeah, precisely. So, definitely agree with you there. And uh, that's what's going to allow people when when you share that personal story, when you share your value, you share your beliefs, and uh, putting in the work for that content, and you have that consistency in the message. Now people start seeing that and from there, you're able to attract the kind of people who resonate with you. Again, going back to lead quality. Now you're talking to people who resonate with you already, right? So, uh, 100% agree with you there. Now, to keep this short, I wanted to ask you one quick question, um, for the paid advertising process. So, we have the organic marketing we do, which applies really to your Facebook, your Instagram, your LinkedIn, and then we also have the paid advertising where we spend money on the the Facebook advertisements and on the Instagram advertisements. Uh, you've been running the process for a while right now. And can you walk me through a little bit, like, how it how's it been working for you and uh, uh, how the strategy has been maybe different from maybe other things you've tried or say compared to Zillow or any other lead services out there? Yeah, sure. One big thing that I really like about the Facebook paid strategy is that you can define your audience really well. You can really target, um, a a geographical area that you want to reach. I mean, down to the miles, um, away from a specific location. So, I really appreciate that because it guarantees pretty much that anybody who has a Facebook account and is interested in housing in some degree or interested in any of the topics you might write about. Um, even the personal ones, they're going to see you. And so it's really, really cheap to put yourself in front of people on a repeated, um, schedule over and over and over. And so by doing I, and so doing, it becomes second nature for them to just kind of see you. You know, it's funny, Pasi. I get I get pulled aside in public, um, by strangers who've seen my content. And it's I've always kind of just chuckled at it because, uh, you know, your your program started by talking about, you know, if you want to become a local celebrity or whatever. I don't think of myself as that at all. But, um, it is interesting when someone pulls me aside or pulls my wife aside, she's got stories too. And then they and they'll say, hey, is isn't your husband Zach, that realtor on Facebook I've seen or I know all about your your story and your family. I follow you guys. It's so cool. You know, and and things of that nature. It's just it's just interesting. And so I think a lot of that boils down to everybody has a Facebook. I mean, not everybody's on Zillow. Sure. Everybody click that someone requests more information. You know, they probably genuinely want to and are interested in the housing market. But Facebook just has a much bigger reach and is a I think a much better investment. And honestly, it's cheaper. I mean, right now, I'm I'm kind of running a minimum, um, I guess a minimal, um, schedule maybe on my ads. I could definitely go bigger if I want to. But this I really don't have to. And I'm I'm spending a about $1,000 a month or so. And it's generating plenty of leads for me, plenty of connection. And and when I get pulled aside on the street, I just know it's working. So, pretty cool. Yeah, precisely. I think like what's special about your situation is that you're you're in you're you're specially or the market that you're in is in Harrisonburg. And so how many people are there like what's there like 50,000 or 100,000? It's probably about 150,000 when the university students are here. Um, when they're gone, you know, it's more like maybe 130, uh, or 120,000. But, uh, but yeah, not a huge, huge city. Of course, I'm active in the county as well. And so that would take into some of those numbers too. But, yeah, I mean, it's it's a smaller, you know, when you think of Northern Virginia, for example, that's a much larger metropolitan area where it's very, very competitive and, um, I think this would be extremely useful to a realtor in that area as well. But, um, you know, there is an advantage, uh, to having this type of approach in a smaller area. We have maybe 300 realtors in over the I would say, over the geographical area of two counties. Um, and you know, we all compete against each other. But nobody else is out there doing sponsored ads in this way that shows just a personal connection, um, with really a lot of times no call to action at the end. Just, hey, here's here's who I am. If you're more interested, you're going to click on me. So, yeah, it's a it's a pretty cool reach. Yeah, definitely. So, yeah, that's that's something I noticed myself cuz when you run the omnipresence ads, we have about 10 to 20 different creatives there, um, in the strategy, um, you'll be able to like reach a lot of those home owners there. Like, have you looked into the statistics for how much reach and how much impression you had in the in the business manager yet? Yeah, I've looked uh briefly. I'm I have to be the first to admit. I'm not the most technologically advanced and I have trouble kind of clicking through some of that sometimes. So, I need to spend some more time in there. But, uh, when I when I looked, uh, it looks like about 6,000 views, um, six, excuse me, 6,000 people have seen my ads maybe three or four times over the course of a six-month period. Um, and so that's to me, that's awesome. Like, just just to be reaching that many people and to know that they've seen them. is really cool. Really, really cool. And it's no wonder people just say out of the blue, hey, that's Zach. I was at the I was at a pharmacy the other day just buying some, I don't even remember what I was buying, something for my wife. But, uh, a guy walked in the front door as I was standing at the counter and he said, he looked at me and said, hey, are you Pete? I said, nope. He said, oh, you look like a, you know, a guy named Pete that I knew from college. I said, no. And then the cashier said, no, this is Zach. He's a local realtor. And I've never met that cashier in my life. Just wild, just wild stuff to be recognized like that. Pretty cool though. I I then gave him a card and said, hey, if you're ever interested in buying or selling real estate, give me a call. So, just a neat way to just start conversations. Yeah, definitely. And that's a nice thing if you have like 130,000 people then you run ads to them. Obviously, we specifically target people who've been on Zillow, homes.com, look at the real estate. So, when you actually have 6,000 people you're, you know, reaching majority of the people who are in the real estate market, buying or selling, interested in it, you're staying on top of mind and uh, it kind of builds up like you, like you mentioned. Awesome. Well, yeah, thanks for the interview. What would you say for a realtor like who's considering maybe working with us or considering to build up their personal brand, who are kind of like on the fence or thinking, okay, what's going to be the investment, have they going to be the time. Uh, what would you say for for realtors who are kind of like signing lines about the process? Yeah, sure. I would say that, you know, anything that you do, uh, you'd want to think about a couple things. One, you know, the more that you put into it, the more you're going to get out of it. And that just goes with just about anything in life. But with this program specifically, um, repeating the the tasks you might think of as mundane is going to give you excellence. So, just doing over and over and over and over and over what the program says to do will result in success. It will result in leads. It will result in money. So, it does work. So, I would say that. The other thing I would say is, as far as other programs out there, and some of my teammates have tried different things, bold leads, yada yada, whatever else. Um, there really is no perfect solution for paying for a lead. I mean, it just there's not I've never found one. My team has never found one. There's not any good lead generation software out there or a program or company that we have found, um, that you can just give them money and they'll give you, hey, here's a well-qualified lead that will buy or sell their house within the next month. That just doesn't exist. Um, so for me, I find a lot more security in a program that helps me develop my personal brand, which directly impacts my business and brings me clients that I'm interested in working with and they're interested in working with me because we've already connected, um, online. So, that's what I would say to anybody considering the program. Also, you got excellent support. Pasi and his partner Eeli are great. So, my name is Zach, and I'm a real estate agent in Virginia. And right now, I'm headed to a listing appointment that was generated from uh somebody who contacted me through Facebook. Um, I've been a realtor for about six and a half years and throughout my career, I've noticed that there are plenty of companies trying to consult me on how to generate listing appointments and listing leads and provide them for me and even create social media content for me. And uh one thing that those things have always been lacking in my opinion was relatability. Um, instead of just trying to purchase the magic pill, you know, that's going to um generate all these leads.
