Nousu.io is the ‘go to’ company for US-based real estate agents to generate new clients through online and social media marketing. We take a hands-on approach to helping realtors implement cutting-edge marketing strategies to grow their businesses. Our proven approach, using the proprietary Strategic Personal Branding methodology, achieves incredible results for our clients.

We are looking for a VIDEO EDITOR that will be working on our own marketing materials. This is a critical hire for the company, as the person in this role will be accountable for editing our internal marketing videos that helps us generate new real estate agent clients. This position will require someone who understands how to edit Youtube videos, Instagram Reels and TikToks.

ROLE

If you are a bright, creative individual who wants to edit videos and better understand the psychology of viral videos, this challenge is for you.

As a Video Editor, you will edit both vertical and horizontal videos - Youtube videos posted on our Youtube channel, and Reels -type videos uploaded to Instagram Reels, TikTok, Youtube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

You will be an integral part of growing our organic marketing presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit 1-2 Youtube videos per week, length of 7-15 minutes.
• Edit 7-14 Reels per week, length of 30-60 seconds.
• Make revisions to edits if necessary.
• Grow our organic Youtube, Instagram and TikTok following of real estate agents.

RESULTS

• +50% average watch time on Youtube videos

REQUIREMENTS

• Track record in video editing
• Proficient with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred)
• Efficient with Youtube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Well organized
• Creative
• Extreme level of attention to detail
• Perfect written English
• Able to understand and analyze metrics
• Meets deadlines
• Fast communication

COMMUNICATION CYCLE

• Communications on high priority items via Slack with Managing Director
• Long-form questions via Zoom calls with Founders of Nousu.io
• Is available to the team via Slack during working hours

WEEKLY/MONTHLY

• EOW Report is delivered to Founders by EOD every Friday
• Attends weekly/bi-weekly 1:1 with a Founder of Nousu.io
