REMOTE / SALES
Nousu’s team is seeking an experienced high-ticket closer with a passion for sales.
Role description:
As a Closer, you'll be tasked with closing deals over the phone and Zoom. This role consists of working with screened and qualified leads to determine if they are a right fit for our Realtor Accelerator program (6k price point) and enrolling them in the program.
You will be working with US & Canadian real estate agents, so your working hours will be in the US time zone.
You will get a fully stacked pipeline of inbound appointments (5-8 appointments/day), 1-1 training from me the founders, and our setters will reschedule/set your meetings for you. Compensation: 15% commission of cash collected + bonuses.
This is a 100% remote position, full-time.
Typical commission range: $120k-170k/year.
Responsibilities:
- Serve our clients and prospects first
- Close prospects into our Realtor Accelerator program
- At a minimum, meet company KPIs
- Update and keep detailed notes and records of each client interaction
- Maintain personal pipeline
What we're looking for:
- Previous sales experience (preferably in phone/Zoom-based or high-ticket closing)
- Self-starter, drive to be the best, positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, well-spoken over the phone/Zoom
- Be coachable and open to frequent training in order to increase skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Familiarity with the real estate industry/real estate agents

Onboarding process:

Step 2. 20-minute screening interview to see if the role is a potential mutual fit
Step 3. 30-minute mock call to test your sales ability
Step 4. Onboarding to company Slack & training portal, start of 1-1 training and ramp up
30 day targets
1. Learn the sales process, script, the tech systems & basics of the product to be effective in the position
2. Watch call recordings from our vast library of call recordings to hit the ground running on your own calls
3. Begin taking calls within 7-10 days of starting
60 day targets
Be within KPI for closing rate and cash collected.
